Eagle Valley Campground Reviews
Welcome to nature. If you are looking for an RV resort this isn't the place. It is more then that. Great people who are in the office and on the grounds, it's family, it's connecting with nature, it's relaxation. The volunteers are always looking to spruce it up a bit and add something extra. They continuously make sure the bathrooms / showers are clean ice stocked in the freezers, wood chopped for fire on a cold night (when the burn bans aren't in place) but bring your propane fire because those are always welcome. Oh yeah and if you run out, there is propane filling on site. There is mini golf, horseshoe pits, a youth center, public showers. a barn you can rent out for gatherings, ice cream for sale, bags of ice for sale (freezers are always stocked), a playground, hiking trails, picnic areas and so much more,Want to dump your tanks on the way out? There is a dump station. If you want someone to come and pump your tanks, they will do that. There is a reason people have been coming back for decades. Will this become your yearly family camp spot? If not you are missing out. Next time you are on the road, stop in and check it out.

Sep 12, 2024 · Nelson RuckerThis was a nice campground for what it is… and we found it to have everything we wanted and some, for our overnight stay. Our site was in tall pine trees, there were beautifully kept, clean bathrooms and showers close by for anyone wanting those, the lady in the office was helpful and friendly and there were even places for children to play and a games room each for both kids and adults. There were also plenty of people who seemed to live there but it was perfectly adequate for our overnight stay (and yes it’s by the highway and you can hear noise but we kept our windows closed and didn’t hear it. We also knew that as it was right along the highway)
Aug 25, 2024 · Deborah ShillitoThis is now one of our favorite campsites. If you're looking for an RV resort, this is not it. It is rustic, only has 30 amp and water hookups. BUT! They have a truck to empty your tanks upon demand for a nominal charge. Our spot is in the trees, so we stay sufficiently cool running just one air conditioner. There is some freeway noise, but honestly, it just sounds like wind in the trees. It is otherwise quiet, not too crowded, and with breathtaking views. The sites are large. The office staff and maintenance crew are the friendliest I've seen. We love it here!
Jul 10, 2024 · Lynnda Dee EnglishA little difficult to get to and a bit rustic … however, it was perfect for what we needed, a quiet place in the pines and aspens. Plus there were water and electric hookups for a very reasonable price. Not sure how busy it is during the summer but for fall, I think it would be a good place to spend a week.Plus the folks were friendly and helpful!
