Gum Springs Horse Campground Reviews
This is a gorgeous place to visit and absolutely worth every minute, I've included a picture of their trail map in the photos that I've shared so you can see a bit more of what the trails look like. The hiking trail only has one restroom and that's located at the start of the trail, you won't find another one later on (as I remember it).The restrooms in this location don't have lights, or running water, and there are spiders (mostly granddaddy long legs). The restrooms are kept clean... for what they are. There are two main trails that you can choose to take, the trails are easy to follow and if you happen to get mixed up you can just use the mile markers, that are color coded, for extra guidance. You should remember to bring water, especially in the summer, because the trails can be a little long and there aren't any fountains.Don't forget to watch your step if you're hiking on this trail since it's used for horses, as well.

Apr 03, 2023 · Daniel JamesGood overnight boondocking site. Large pasture has pit toilet, several picnic tables and campfire rings, some water spigots, 12 horse corrals, and best part, horse/hiking trails to small lake. No hookups, good Verizon signal. $10/ATB $5
Feb 04, 2020 · Life with SpockWe were the only ones here for 2 nights. Corrals and pit toilet are in good shape. We walked our horse on the Blue Loop Trail. Good value for $3 per day.
