I am a returning guest of the campground. Marla is very welcoming and accommodating.Marla and Kenny are working very hard to rebuild from Helene and are doing a great job. They have rebuilt the pavilion that was lost and have built a very pretty stairway from the laundry room to the lower sites. My little cabin was cozy, clean and perfect for this weekend. It had everything I needed in the kitchen to include a full size refrigerator and gas stove. Comfortable bed. And tons of rhododendrons as my view.Very relaxing. Linville Falls is such a great area to visit and the community is working hard to rebuild and recover. I will definitely return and stay at this campground when I can. Thank you, Marla and Kenny!
Apr 06, 2025 · Julie MitchellIt's so great when you come across such a well- maintained campground owned and operated by people truly invested in your vacation. Seeing this area rebound from the devastating hurricane is both heart lifting and humbling. With few exceptions, the Linville Falls area is open and as inviting as ever. Hiking, paddling, caving, restaurants, breweries, live music... what a place to make memories. This is the first outing in our new camper van, and we couldn't imagine a better place to break it in! Come now before the crowds return. When you arrive, you'll know my post is accurate and you'll be happy you came.
May 03, 2025 · Stumble InnOne of the nicest campgrounds we’ve stayed in. Our site had a level RV spot that was easy to access and back in to, picnic table, fire ring, charcoal grill, water, sewer and electrical service. The camp store was well stocked and great variety. The staff was friendly, helpful and super accommodating. Not far from the flooding that made national news but the campground is beautifully well maintained and open.
May 01, 2025 · Charles StilesThis is a beautiful mountain campground and an absolute favorite. It's wooded, with beautiful views and so quiet. RV sites are full hookup, and there are also primitive tent sites. Also, cabins for rent. Very nice laundry and showers. The couple who runs it are so nice and helpful. There are some groceries and other items available for purchase in the office. Roads are narrow bot navigable. Dog park, playground.
Apr 14, 2025 · JoAnne OwensA spectacular mountain camp, where you can escape from the routine and relax, its owners Marla and Kenny have taken care of every detail to make your experience unique. It is strategically located near multiple attractions, definitely a place to return. ♥️
