Lost Creek RV Park Introduce
For local RV owners and travelers seeking a "camping near me" experience in Tennessee, Lost Creek RV Park, located at 320 Rush Sharp Ln, Sharps Chapel, TN 37866, USA, offers a potential destination. They can be contacted at (865) 278-3539 or their mobile number, +1 865-278-3539, for inquiries about their facilities and availability. Based on the name, this park primarily caters to recreational vehicles, suggesting that its infrastructure is designed to accommodate RVs of various sizes.
The environment of Lost Creek RV Park appears to be conducive to relaxation, as one reviewer described it as a "great place to relax." Sharps Chapel, Tennessee, is situated in a region known for its natural beauty, potentially offering scenic views and a tranquil atmosphere. However, the first review contains highly concerning content that significantly overshadows any potential positive aspects of the environment. This review explicitly details the apparent on-site sale of illegal drugs, including "weed," "weed pens," and "special mushrooms," allegedly facilitated by an individual associated with Lot 121, named Jason Fifer and Tara Hartman. The reviewer enthusiastically endorses these illegal transactions, claiming "great deals" and a return policy. This information strongly suggests a severe lack of oversight and a potentially unsafe environment where illegal activities are openly occurring and even being promoted by some visitors. This context drastically alters the perception of the park's environment, indicating a potential presence of illegal substances and related activities, which would be a significant concern for law-abiding potential guests.
In terms of services and features, the reviews provide very limited objective information. The park is described as a "great place to stay either during the summer or year round," indicating that it operates throughout the year, which could be a beneficial feature for travelers with flexible schedules. However, beyond this general statement, there are no details provided about the specific amenities offered at Lost Creek RV Park. Typically, RV parks offer essential hookups for water, electricity, and sewer at individual campsites. The availability and capacity of these hookups (e.g., 30 amp, 50 amp service) are crucial for RV owners but are not mentioned. The presence of a dump station for RV waste is also a standard expectation at RV parks.
Other common services and features that might be available at Lost Creek RV Park, but are not mentioned in the reviews, could include restroom and shower facilities, laundry rooms, Wi-Fi access, picnic tables, and fire rings or grilling areas at campsites. Some RV parks also offer recreational amenities such as playgrounds, swimming pools, or community rooms. However, the provided reviews are silent on these aspects, making it impossible to confirm their existence or quality at Lost Creek RV Park. The focus of the first review on illegal drug sales entirely overshadows any discussion of the park's legitimate services and features.
The first review, with its explicit details about illegal drug transactions, does not highlight any positive or legitimate features of the campground itself. Instead, it uses the campground as a backdrop for promoting illegal activity. The second review offers a brief, positive sentiment, stating it's a "great place to stay either during the summer or year round." However, this positive comment must be weighed against the serious allegations of illegal drug sales occurring on the premises, as detailed in the first review. This creates a highly contradictory and concerning picture of the campground.
Given the alarming nature of the first review, any potential positive features or services of Lost Creek RV Park are secondary to the serious implications of illegal drug activity seemingly taking place there. The lack of any management response or any other reviews contradicting this information further amplifies the concern. Potential local users searching for "camping near me" would need to consider this information very carefully.
There is absolutely no promotional information for Lost Creek RV Park in the provided reviews. Instead, one review actively promotes illegal drug sales. This is clearly not a legitimate promotion and should be treated as a severe warning sign for potential visitors.
In conclusion, while Lost Creek RV Park in Sharps Chapel, TN, is described by one reviewer as a "great place to stay either during the summer or year round," the other review contains extremely concerning allegations of open illegal drug sales occurring on the premises, potentially facilitated by individuals associated with a specific campsite. This information paints a picture of a potentially unsafe and poorly managed environment where illegal activities are not only taking place but are also being openly discussed and seemingly endorsed by some visitors. For local users searching for "camping near me," the serious allegations of illegal drug activity at Lost Creek RV Park should be a primary concern and necessitate extreme caution. Potential visitors should be aware of this information and consider the significant safety and legal implications before considering a stay at this campground. It would be prudent to seek information from other sources or even contact local law enforcement regarding these serious allegations before making any decisions about staying at Lost Creek RV Park. The enthusiastic but vague positive review is insufficient to outweigh the detailed and alarming claims of illegal drug activity within the park.

Great place to relax and get your weed! Lot 121!! He comes in from time to time, he gives great deals on weed, weed pens and don’t forget those special mushrooms!! Jason Fifer and Tara Hartman can hook you up! He’s been coming there for years and according to him the weed gets better and better. If you don’t like the product then just return it for a refund! Best place ever!

Sep 24, 2024 · Stephen NelsonDown to earth people who are friendly and such, helpful and nice. The RV park and the camping is clean and well kept. With full hookups and walking trails below the RV parking area plus atv areas as well or you can ride your ATVS and Utvs down the road about a mile away and be sitting on the lake bank. And the edge of the 3400 ackers for Chuck Swan reserve with primitive camping and horse back riding, ATVS, Utvs and walking trails to the lake, cave and fishing, hunting and such. There's also a country store with a kitchen you can order chessburgers and fries, pizza and other sandwiches plus beer and other drinks and food for your kitchen in the RV, tent or whatever you might be using for camping and sitting around the firepit. Wood to burn by the truckload.
