Loyston Point Campground Reviews
We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Loyston Point Campgound. The cabin we stayed in was very clean and quiet.
Apr 28, 2025 · Delvene OttoHad nice relaxing long weekend on the lake with family and by the fire. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs.
Apr 28, 2025 · Stewart RobertsonCamped here every year for the last several years. The campground is well maintained and the views are beautiful. The restrooms are clean. The staff are nice and helpful. The mountain bike trails were in great shape.
Nov 05, 2024 · Jennifer JohnsonThis is a beautiful, quiet little campground. You can swim, and kayak, and enjoy the trees and water and peace. We loved the campground. The hosts are pretty strict--I felt some anxiety because of my stupid barking dog and my loud kids, so if you are a big, noisy family, this will not be your place (and we aren't talking quiet hours--we were all asleep by 9 pm; I'm saying, they want it quiet ALL the time and came and spoke with me both about my children and my dog). I'm not trying to be critical--there is a clear aesthetic here priveleging a specific kind of camper. So if you are looking for quiet, clean, and peaceful, in a fantastically beautiful setting, you will love this! We will definitely go back, but only when my kids are a bit older. And we will leave behind our yappy dog.
Nov 03, 2024 · Sheila MortonWe had a great time at Loyston Point Campground and crystal clear Norris Lake. My grandsons told me that they enjoyed swimming the best. The views of the lake and mountains were amazing. The bathrooms and showers were kept clean. Fellow campers and staff were friendly. The gravel campsite had a fire ring and picnic table. It was level and I had no problems with the water or the electricity. We would definitely recommend this campground to friends and family.
