We love camping at Manapogo. Family owned and operated. All the staff are always so nice and helpful. There are always so many fun activities for kids and the whole family. The lake is beautiful. Jun 17, 2024 · Emily TeepleThis campground is under new management. They have made over the general store and have made improvements to the general areas.
May 02, 2025 · Christopher FinkMy family and I really do like this campground however it’s a place that seems to have been set up for seasonal camping only. The “weekender” sites are very limited- maybe 15 total - and so tight. The roads to the sites are so small it’s difficult to get your camper in and out unless you have something under 20 feet or have a corner lot. The hardest part for us is the no walking your dog in the park rule. We have to put our little guy in a wagon or drive them to the designated dog potty and walking area which is behind the dumpsters so it’s super smelly. The lake is beautiful and the staff are kind. But due to the tight lots, we won’t be able to come back.
Jun 17, 2024 · Jennie KWe are seasonal campers here and love it! My husband camped here for 23 years as a child, so we knew some day we had to get back here. This will be our third season and we always look forward to getting back here. It's our home away from home. Staff and fellow campers all are so nice and it feels like a family here. This year more of our family is camping here so it makes it even better. Nice scenery, fun activities and a great beach to enjoy! Highly recommend this campground!
Mar 22, 2023 · Sarah SentleWe camped for a long weekend. The site was tight for a 39' trailer. The hook ups were only water and electric. They only have 1 bath house for the campground. They are pretty clean, but could use updating. No golf carts allowed. Dogs are not allowed to be walked around, you have to put them in a wagon to pull them around. When it rains there is a lot of flooding. They offer activities on the weekends. Beach is really nice. Stays pretty shallow the whole area, nice for kids. Lake is clean and really nice.
