Tons of fun!!!! Mt. Olympus has lots to do and fun for ALL ashes! There are rides for all ages and water parks for all ages as well. The indoor water park is small and gets crowded if it gets nasty outside. The room we had was very clean and the water park was also. Only trash or cans I saw laying around were next to people tanning or watching their kids. We went in June when they had free food and drink special from 11-5pm. It wasn't anything special, just your choice hot dog or brat, chips and a drink but it was something and saved us from buying lunch. Guests have the perks of staying in park a little longer than day pass people. ***BE SURE TO READ THE FINE PRINT! When booking make sure you read the fine print- they don't tell you they have numerous hotels off site and that you will be staying there and driving or busing to the water park, unless you have booked in the water park hotel. Many people have been surprised by this and upset, but they don't tell you until you get a confirmation email- then they ask if you want to upgrade for $. We upgraded and it was definitely worth it to not have to walk to the pool. Other than that we had. GREAT TIME!!! Definitely doesn't deserve all the bad reviews everyone has given it.

We loved how the room looked online. A bunk bed and two queen beds. It even looked nice in person. However if the beds weren't horrible noisy and spring filled I would have given this 5 stars. I ended up on the bunk bed which had comfier mattresses. I will not stay in hotel Rome again until they upgrade mattresses. Comfort outweighs the convenience of being so close to the indoor theme parks. The indoor water park was a blast. The kids loved it. Even my 3 year old loved going on the bigger water slides with an adult. Friday night was busy but Saturday was packed! The indoor theme park didn't have anything for teens to do. Only little kids. Unless you want to pay extra for the rock wall or laser tag. That's about it. We did receive free passes to the ice castellan and top secret, the temple and ghost outpost. We loved all of those. What an awesome bonus. We also had sledding passes for Christmas mountain but our stay was not long enough to make it over. The $120 deal is worth it. But try the village hotels instead.

We went to the amusement part of the park. They had a large number of go kart rides and roller coasters. Unfortunately our group is not a fan of the wooden roller coasters. They are very rough to ride. Even with that taken into consideration we all had fun.

The company bought a lot of small hotels in the surrounding area. So you may not stay in the actual hotel, next door to the the water park. We stayed maybe a mille way. All the hotels that belongs to the company are painted in white and blue, so they can be recognized.The Check In is on the main hotel. You park near the indoor water park to get to the main entrance. And it is right there. There are at least ten agents there, and may be a decent line. When a agent is free, they hold a wooden sigh. I don't remember exactly what was written, something like: "Next" or "Here" So you have to keep an eye for it.It was a little tricky to find our building, as the instructions are confusing. The room was a little too pricey and a little outdated.Mattresses, for the twin beds, were very thin, very uncomfortable. And the room was a little small for a Double bed and a bunkbed. So it was very close the air conditioning, which may be a problem for children, due to the cold air right on them, on the bottom bed, no problem for the top bed. I just placed a sheet to protect my child. But the room got a little too hot. The Double bed had no headboard, it was painted on the wall. Which is just usual, for me.No free wifi, though.They have free tranpostation, to and from l the water park or some other attractions. We did not use it, so I can not comment on that. And if you are a guest you don't have to pay for parking, when visiting the water park.The other attractions are fun for children. But not everything is free. Some other attractions, in the park, you have pay like $5 each.

We booked a cabin for our one night stay in the Dells. It included park entrance, parking pass, and the "All you can eat" food deal. I got continuous updates on where to go check-in via text which I thought was great. The check-in building was fairly big and there was enough people at the counters to check you in. Fortunately when we got there around 10-10:30 our cabin was ready so we could go there and put some of our stuff away. We went with another family and their cabin wasn't ready at that time but that was not a big deal. We had already planned to go to the park right away anyways. Plus when you check in they give you your wristbands and parking pass so there really is no need to go straight to your cabin.When getting to the campground area it can get a little confusing. We did not get a map of the campground so it was hard to tell which way to go to find out cabin. We circled around twice and then had to slowly look at all the cabin numbers to figure out which way to go. Signs with the cabin number range at the entrance points would be very helpful. Once we found our cabin we were able to park right next to it. The cabin was nice and clean. There's linen on the beds, towels and some toiletry, wall mounted TV, mini fridge, microwave, AC, and a table with one chair, along with the bunk bed and queen bed. One thing that I read beforehand and can agree on is that going in and out of the cabin does carry in a lot of dirt and sand on the ground. I should've brought either a floor mat or a small broom to sweep up. We left our shoes outside the door which helped slightly. The porch is kind of small but we were able to fit 4 chairs and people there when the ran came and we wanted to enjoy the outside. The picnic table is right out our door along with a fire pit. Because we were only there one night we did not use either. The bathroom from our cabin was a little further away but nothing you couldn't just walk to. Probably not at night though. We just popped a squat then. The bathrooms are decent. The toilets are fairly clean and stocked. The showers however could use some work. We've seen better but then we've also seen worse. Do wear sandals when using. My only issue with the campground, not that it's MTOs fault really, is that I was awaken at 1am to people karaoking. YES!! I said karaoking. They had the music blasting and they were singing, laughing and talking super loud. Even their kids were still up with them. I had hoped that somebody near them would say something but it went on for awhile. The only thing that kind of drowned them out was when the AC kicked in. But once it stopped you could still hear them. I'm assuming that there are noise ordinances or quiet times in the campground, as with all campgrounds. Unfortunately there was nobody there to ensure that. I'm sure the only reason why they stopped was because it started to rain really hard.As far as the park it was good. It was a cooler day and there was rain in the forecast so there wasn't much people there. However, when the rain came down and did not stop we tried going into the indoor part and it was PACKED. There were lines for everything and nowhere to really sit or stand. With all the property that has been bought to bring in more people they should consider making a bigger indoor swimming area. That was not ideal at all. We ended up leaving around 2-3pm to come back later when it would just be resort people. I can tell you it did not get any better.The "All you can eat" is misleading. However, there is fine print on the site and a calendar on the times the eating is available. I looked at that prior to going and also read other peoples posts. We brought our own food, as we always usually do, but did get in line for our free food. The lines are long but did go fairly quick. But then again the weather was not good so not a lot of people there. The food was meh.... Depending on age you can get one or two of cheese pizza or hot dog. Drinks are self-serve.Hope this helps anybody who plans on staying.
