National Road Campground Reviews
We needed an overnight stop while in a trip in our 5th wheel. Can’t recommend this campground highly enough. Very reasonably priced. The grounds are very well maintained. We got a nice pull through site up front that gave us a great view of the lake. While it’s an older property, it is well cared for and kept clean. We would definitely stay again!!
Oct 06, 2024 · Alexis OsborneAbsolutely fantastic 👏 💯👍..We are on the way traveling across the country and needed a spot to stay, found these guys on Google maps and call. They set us up with a small cabin, ck pic. They have CLEAN bathroom/shower areas with portals around property; landry area, basketball courts and lake with filled fish for catch and release only. Erin and the family greet you with warm welcome and make the stay feel like a long lost home. The lots are nice, just got to get one before they fill up. Pretty close to town, if you need a something... Make this a stop and enjoy👍😉
Jun 09, 2024 · Prosperous RLT3We are here, lot 19, for just one night. Thank you so much. We leveled up without any blocking. Plugged in and were all set for the evening.
Mar 07, 2025 · Reginald SmithJust stopped overnight while traveling I-70 East. Great price, super friendly staff, full hook up sites, all for 37 bucks. Free splash pad for the kids, beautiful pond. How do you beat it?
Aug 12, 2024 · Mr GrecoUpdate: 3 years later and my previous review stays the same. This is a wonderful place to stay. There are more permanent residents here now, however the grounds are very clean, it's nice and quiet at night, and I look forward to coming back again next year.We love to stay at NRC during our summer visits to Zanesville. It’s a short drive from I70 and easy to get to with a big rv. The owners continue to make improvements every year and are accommodating to campers needs. They always keep the grass mowed and the grounds looking very nice. It’s a relaxing place to stay with great views. The ponds are stocked with fish, there are two nice playgrounds and they have a small splash pad for kids. The park is pet friendly but there is no fenced dog area to let the dogs play off a leash. We look forward to our visit next year!
