Friendly Hills Camp Reviews
Great place for nature driven groups to come together.
Jan 09, 2024 · Megan KarlWe recently had a church youth retreat at the Campground. We stayed in the dorms attached to the dinning hall. It was very clean, grass was cut and litter free. The food was amazing and camp manager, "C" we called her, was amazing. Friendly, helpful, efficient. We felt like we had spent the weekend at family's house. We will definitely be going back for future events. I highly recommend Friendly Hills. Thank you C for taking such amazing care of us!!!
Jun 26, 2023 · Vallarie KelsoFrom what I seen it was very well kept. The grass was mowed and raked. Not one piece of litter any where. My son who just returned from camp there had nothing but good things to say about it. He even said the beds were pretty comfortable and the people were cool.
Jul 18, 2021 · Angela WelchWe arrived & looked for staff or someone to check us in for over an hour. Tried to charge $15 more then we agreed on the phone. Cabin was filthy, refrigerator was taped shut, window was broken, mattresses had we don't know WHAT on them & they all had duct tape on them. You don't get a key for your cabin and they want you to park in a different lot away from the cabin & walk to it. Also owners wanted to lock the gate up before 7pm! We agreed to get in and out and lock it ourselves so we would have the freedom to come & go as we please. The pool was nice and clean however you had to walk up a steep hill, then down a steep hill then over a set of railroad tracks....yes you are reading this right & then down a hill to get to the pool. Showers & toilets are all in need of a good cleaning. It was definitely quiet there.....we were the only ones there for 3 nights, except one family that came and left after one night.
Aug 18, 2019 · Sonia DanielsThe manager of this campground was just sentenced to prison for executing a tenant's dog on the property. The dog was killed not for anything it did wrong, but because they were in an eviction dispute with the owner. Patricia Dyer is her name. This is absolutely insane. Their website literally goes into how dog friendly they are. I've never stayed here, but based on this information I would recommend looking elsewhere.
