On The Lake RV and Cabin Resort Reviews
I was raised in the area and went to high school here. My family has lived in the area since the late 70’s. This park has been here for years and never really looked inviting. My wife and I decided to purchase a large 5th wheel and put it on the lake. We looked at several parks in the area and decided to set our camper On The Lake. This park has made dramatic changes to the appearance. It is warm and welcoming. When we went into the office for the first time we felt like we had known the manager Rhonda and all of her staff for years. We absolutely love the park and the people that work here. The sunsets are breathtaking. I kayak and fish almost every weekend. The boat ramp and bulkhead are well maintained. I highly recommend this park for long term or a short visit. You will not be disappointed.
Apr 26, 2025 · Carl RiskWe recently visited On the Lake RV and had a great time. Super friendly, accommodating staff. Our site #86 was perfect! It was large enough for our 42 ft. Fifth wheel and one vehicle. The views out our back windows were of the lake and the sunset. It was a level concrete site with a built in firepit and patio furniture. They had a playground, pool and hot tub, beach entry to the lake, boat slips, an on-site restaurant and more. Our kids favorite was the turtle conservation creek. The sunsets here were remarkable. We can't wait to return.
Apr 27, 2025 · Austin & Tara LassleyWe came in on Thursday (late night) did what we was suppose to do, check in the next morning than we went and ate breakfast with family. Come back and we went to go look in the store (where check in is at and we get confronted in front of employees etc saying that we got 3 complaints about our kids screaming yelling at 6 in the morning and music that we didn’t even have, we also weren’t even up! Also supposedly we had music to loud and we had just got back to the campsite like 5 or min ago and just turned music on. We asked for a refund they refused to do so and said that it’s part of policy that they can not refund. They say it’s a family campground but supposedly it’s not because they can’t stand kids I’m assuming because they’re gonna be kids and mine weren’t do anything wrong, and they lie about the whole situation because everything manager had said was not to the best of her knowledge.
Mar 23, 2025 · Makk PerezWaited over an hour for food we couldn't even eat. I'd rather eat at a soup kitchen than ever eat here again. There's no way in hell this was worth $67. I want a refund for this trash. Absolutely horrible!!!!
Apr 27, 2025 · melinda dillardHad a beautiful, quiet weekend. Even with the rain, we had a great time! Loved the gift shop. Didn't catch any fish but the lakeside views can't be beat.
