Contentnea Creekside RV Park Reviews
Great gem of a RV park on the outskirts of Greenville, N.C.. You can fish for shad or big catfish in Contentnea creek which runs along the park. Walking trails. Big Rig friendly. Paved road. Friendly people. Clean bathhouse. Very quiet. Unbelievable park!
Mar 25, 2025 · Scott WeaverI’m thrilled with the helpfulness of Mr Tommy Suggs since I’ve been here. Each spot has a travelled driveway, county water and septic hookup, a picnic table, charcoal grill, 1.5 ft y’all stoned fire pit and bonfire benches. The showers are in a temperature controlled building and have codes to access to ensure privacy. A washer and dryer facility is in the works but not yet available. The fishing, with the proper license, looks awesome although I’ve yet to fish the river myself yet. The walking trails are maintained, the swings and fire pits placed around the park allow for deep conversation and thinking/meditation. The calm and the quiet make this park bliss! Full time permanent living is permitted but hard to find because of how nice it is here. Quiet hours are 11p to 7am so you know you’ll get a good nights rest.I recommend to anyone thinking of residing here, temporary or long-term.
Nov 29, 2024 · Josette O’FlahertyWhat a great campground! Really enjoyed our stay. Bathrooms are immaculate and Tommy was the nicest, easy going host a person could ask for! Will definitely return!
Mar 27, 2025 · Pam WendeSuch a nice gentleman running it. If not for him i never would have figured out how to hook up everything since it was my first night ever staying in my new RV i picked up locally. Everyone there was helpful! The RV place put a 300lb generator in the doorway of my 5th wheel, without the owners help along with other campers, my first night would have sent me to a motel. I never could have stayed in my camper without their help!
Oct 05, 2023 · Sheila Atchison (Traveling Crazy Cat Lady)Great place to get away for a weekend or for a week. It was so quiet and peaceful. It is about 20-30 minutes from Greenville, where there is shopping, great food, and fun for all.
