Quality Camping Inc Introduce
For local users searching for "camping near me" in the Marshall, Michigan area, Quality Camping Inc, located at 5775 US Highway 27 South, Marshall, MI 49068, USA, is an option to consider. While the provided information primarily consists of recent customer reviews detailing experiences as seasonal campers, these reviews offer some insights into the campground's operational aspects, particularly concerning management decisions and pricing for long-term stays. Potential short-term or transient campers might find this information relevant when evaluating their options for camping near Marshall.
The environment of Quality Camping Inc is not explicitly described in the provided reviews. However, its location on US Highway 27 South in Marshall, Michigan, suggests it is likely accessible and potentially situated within the general landscape of south-central Michigan. This region is known for its mix of agricultural land, woodlands, and lakes, so the campground's environment could offer a typical Michigan outdoor experience. Without further information, it is difficult to detail specific natural features or amenities related to the environment, such as lake access, hiking trails, or the presence of significant natural attractions within or immediately surrounding the campground. Local users interested in the specific environmental characteristics of Quality Camping Inc may need to seek additional information from external sources or by directly contacting the campground.
The services and features of Quality Camping Inc can be partially inferred from the experiences shared by the former seasonal campers. The fact that they were seasonal for multiple years indicates that the campground offers seasonal campsite rentals, typically running from the beginning of May to the end of October, as mentioned in one review ("Open from May 1st to Oct 31"). These seasonal sites likely include basic hookups, such as electricity, which appears to be included in the annual fee. The reviews also suggest that the campground has been operating for at least five years under the same ownership. Beyond these details, specific information about other potential services and features, such as the availability of daily or weekly rentals, the types of campsites offered (e.g., tent sites, RV sites with full hookups), restroom and shower facilities, laundry services, recreational areas, or Wi-Fi access, is not provided in the given text. Local users considering Quality Camping Inc for any type of camping should inquire directly about the full range of services and features available to all guests.
The primary features highlighted in the provided information are related to the campground's management and pricing policies, particularly as experienced by long-term seasonal campers. One significant point is the recent decision by the owner not to renew the seasonal agreements of long-term, problem-free campers, citing financial reasons and a desire to downsize. This decision, along with the accusation of derogatory Facebook posts (which the campers dispute), raises questions about the campground's communication and management style. Another notable feature is the consistent increase in rates for seasonal campers over the past several years, with the electric bill being cited as the primary justification. For the 2025 season, the annual fee for one seasonal camper was stated to be $2800, up from $2700 in 2024, and significantly higher than the $750 paid in 2018 (though this earlier price might not be directly comparable due to potential changes in site or services). These rate increases, coupled with the non-renewal of long-term campers, might be a point of concern for those considering a seasonal stay. For short-term campers, these experiences might signal a need to inquire about the current pricing structure and the campground's policies regarding reservations and guest relations. The reviews also mention the campground's operating season, from May 1st to October 31st, which is a key piece of information for planning a stay within those months.
No specific promotional information is included in the provided reviews for Quality Camping Inc. The discussion revolves around the experiences of seasonal campers and the changes in their agreements and rates. Local users seeking "camping near me" and considering Quality Camping Inc for short-term or seasonal stays would need to contact the campground directly at the provided phone numbers (+1 517-767-4161 or (517) 767-4161) to inquire about current pricing for different types of stays, any available discounts or special offers, and the process for making reservations. Given the recent experiences of the seasonal campers, it might also be prudent to inquire about the campground's policies regarding guest communication and long-term commitments. Without any advertised promotions in the provided text, potential campers will need to rely on direct communication with the campground to obtain information about pricing and any potential deals.
In conclusion, Quality Camping Inc in Marshall, Michigan, is a campground located on US Highway 27 South, offering seasonal camping from May 1st to October 31st. Recent customer reviews from long-term seasonal campers highlight concerns regarding non-renewal of agreements, significant rate increases attributed to electric costs, and questions about management communication. While the environment and specific services and features for all types of campers are not detailed in these reviews, the information provides a perspective on the campground's operational practices, particularly for seasonal stays. Local users searching for "camping near me" should consider these experiences and directly contact Quality Camping Inc to inquire about current rates, available services, reservation policies, and any potential promotional offers for short-term or seasonal camping to make an informed decision about their camping options in the Marshall, Michigan area.

Quality Camping Inc Reviews
After being seasonal campers here for 5 years and never causing any problems, we were told yesterday by Cova, the owner, that we can't renew for next year. He stated he was losing money and decided to downsize. He also said I had made posts on FB that were derogatory. His managers were there also and we asked them if we had ever caused a problem, they were surprised also.He claims to be a very religious man, but really.......We never broke any of the rules, paid our fees every year on time and kept our site clean. Rates have gone up every year since we've been there. Only excuse for rate increases is the electric bills. The electric is included in our yearly fee, 2024 was $2700. Going up to $2800 for 2025. Open from May 1st to Oct 31.
Sep 27, 2024 · Tom AllmanIf I could give a zero I would. We have been seasonal for 4 years. Never had any problems until yesterday when the owner Cova Feltner told us we weren’t being renewed for next year. This man has an anger problem. This is not how a Christian should behave. Beware of this place.
Sep 27, 2024 · Jan AllmanLove the beauty and Christian experience. Church on site every Sunday so you can attend in your camp clothes! Lake, pool, club house with games, books, and DVD's for your convenience. Friendly staff who work diligently to keep the place in ship shape!! Owner is a gem. Thank you for living up to your name!
Jun 27, 2024 · Alicia BThe nicest campground in the area! A short easy drive off of I-69. Paved roads, clean bathrooms and showers. Seasonal spots are nice roomy. Very well kept and clean quiet park. Friendly staff 😊. Has beautiful views and sunsets🌅. The pool is always sparkling clean 🏊♀️.
Aug 14, 2022 · MichelleAll staff was super sweet and accommodating!!! My diverse, blended family felt completely welcome. My kids said volleyball had no nets and mini golf wasn't kept up in comparison to what they are used to. For teens could be difficult to keep them occupied but plenty of playgrounds for younger kiddos!!
