Aug 09, 2024 · Allen MullinEasy to rent a campsite, nice bathrooms, great park
Apr 07, 2025 · Stephanie MCamped here in a tent it was a nice campground. Only issues we really faced at the time there was a lot of acorns everywhere but that’s nature. There was plenty of access to bathrooms and we had a picnic table at our site. When booking online they do offer pictures of the campsite before you decide on a location which was nice. They had firewood for sale there as well and it was only $6 a bundle. If you have never been here before there is lots to do from hiking trails to kayaking, make sure to grab a map too for the hiking because it tells you how difficult each trail is.
Sep 13, 2024 · Mckenzie FanninWoodsy dog friendly section. F20 was nice and at the end by itself which I like. Cell signal sketchy (but worked)because its down in a cut. Raccoon Campground is great. I will be back with my dog!
May 22, 2019 · Debra TWas a great area to relax. Campsite wasn’t far from the lake (about a 30min walk). Feels very safe as State Troopers were visibly patrolling throughout the day. The campsite lots were well maintained and facilities were nice (for a campsite). Overall a great camping getaway
