Based on the available customer reviews, RV Village Camping Resort appears to be a campground with several appealing features, particularly for families and those with RVs. One reviewer mentioned that they typically visit as their last camping trip of the season, suggesting that the resort operates through at least a significant portion of the camping season. This same reviewer awarded a 4-star rating, noting that they had not experienced the resort when all amenities were fully operational, implying that the full experience might be even more positive.
The environment of RV Village Camping Resort seems to be well-maintained and equipped for a comfortable stay. The reviewer specifically pointed out "fairly flat sites with some shade," which is a significant advantage for RVers looking for easy leveling and protection from the sun. The presence of "full hookups" is also a major draw for RV travelers, typically including water, electricity, and sewer connections at the individual campsites, providing convenience and self-sufficiency.
In terms of services and features, RV Village Camping Resort appears to offer a variety of recreational options. The mention of a "nice looking pool" suggests a significant amenity for guests looking to relax and cool off during warmer months. Additionally, the presence of "several ball courts" indicates facilities for sports activities like basketball, volleyball, or tennis, catering to both children and adults. The reviewer also noted "a variety of things for kids to do," implying that the resort is family-friendly and provides activities or play areas designed for younger guests.
However, another review introduces a contrasting perspective, highlighting a potential issue with the social environment of the campground. This reviewer mentioned the presence of "campground Karen's," suggesting that some individuals, possibly employees or long-term residents, might exhibit unwelcoming behavior towards weekend campers or those using golf carts. The review specifically advises those camping for a short weekend or using a golf cart to "be prepared to be treated like dirt!" This negative feedback is crucial for local users to consider alongside the positive aspects.
Despite the negative comment, the reviewer also acknowledged that "the campground itself is beautiful," indicating that the physical environment and layout of RV Village Camping Resort are aesthetically pleasing. This suggests that the natural setting and the way the campground is organized contribute positively to the overall experience, even if some social interactions might be less than ideal.

RV Village Camping Resort Reviews
This is usually our last camping trip of the season. So reason for 4 stars is that I've never actually camped here while everything is completely open. They have a nice looking pool and several ball courts, as well as a variety of things for kids to do. They have full hookups and fairly flat sites with some shade.
Jul 31, 2024 · Kevin CookAs many have said the campground itself is beautiful but there are some serious campground Karen's here. Whether they are employees or not, they need to cool it down a notch. If you have a golf cart, or are just camping for a weekend be prepared to be treated like dirt!
Aug 24, 2024 · Jen BGreat place for camping and everyone I've met is friendly
Apr 24, 2025 · Dave SingerLarge lots well priced had great weekend bathroom/bathhouse really cleanHad great weekend, probably last of season. Would of been perfect if not for loud children next door
Oct 19, 2024 · Jason CulpLots to do, spacious sites, immaculately maintained, nice permanent residents. The website gives clear directions to use 258 (Sandy Lake Rd.) And then turn left onto Skyline Dr.If you take US 62 onto Skyline drive crosses Lamor Rd.at a steep angle and will cause you to high center your RV or travel trailer.I loved this campground. The first thing that I noticed was that it was meticulously maintained. The sites we rented were pull through and full hookup. They had the pool, tennis courts, playground, a store and activities planned at the pavilion. I hope to be back soon!
