Shady Grove Campground Reviews
A fantastic American experience to restore and renew your faith in God. This historical place warrants all the resources imaginable to preserve its relevance in today's society. The origins of this place were built on two men (one white and the other black) trusting each other and honoring their word...I'm extremely blessed to have had this experience in South Carolina 🙏🏿...
Oct 28, 2024 · RK WoodsHaven't attended since 1989. But the memories are still near and dear to me. Especially those of getting off the school bus and playing football in the inner grounds. The man that use to blow the horn signifying church is about to begin. The great food. You could eat at every tent. The fire barrels at night. That was when October was cold. I could go on forever. Thank God it is still going strong.

Nov 15, 2024 · Vernon MackIt was a great experience. I love to go every year to celebrate with family and friends. Wish it could be for two weeks instead of 🕜 one.
Oct 24, 2023 · Keshia Spell DouglasThe friendly family and friends from all over the nation, the firing flamed stoves cooking smell and taste great food, the proud praising the Lord, watching wonderfully made children playing inside the courtyard camp ground, and getting smell good smoke coming from each tent chimneysIn my eyes...it's great experiencing the southern culture ...supporting black families authentically.
