We travel in an RV. The campground is nice it’s definitely a wilderness experience. They have full hook ups in sites are fairly level. Bicycles or golf carts would be recommended to tour around the campground. They have walking trails, bike trails very scenic. There is no Internet connection at your sites. If you need Internet, you have to go to the clubhouse, which is not that difficult. The cabins are older, but they appear to be in good condition. Expect to see lots of wildlife while we were there we saw lots of deer, wild turkey, and a few raccoons. The 5000 acre lake has dried up due to drought, pumping water for agriculture and the development of housing in and around the San Antonio, Texas area. - Scott James
