Thousand Trails Wilderness Lakes Reviews
This Thousand Trails RV/Tent campground is a gem in Menifee area. We were blessed to have a friend who owns a brand new RV to let us tag along to this RV campground. The space for each site is spacious and clean. If you're lucky, you'll get to stay next to the really nice canal and enjoy the view with geese/ducks hanging out near the water. The recreation center has so many fun things for the whole family to enjoy (ping pong, air hockey, pool, crafts, etc). Outdoor activities include pickleball (4 courts), basketball, volleyball. There's a swimming pool and showers. The restrooms are clean overall. Great place!!
May 02, 2025 · Hiep HuynhThe place was awesome. I'm already planning another trip with my kids. It's nearby a lot of activities outside of the grounds.
May 04, 2025 · job-seth davidsonWe booked a cabin for two nights. The toilet was dirty with urine stains on the rim. After taking a shower and using their towels I needed another shower cause i looked like a sheep from all the lint their towels left on me. The bed had hair and a live insect was found under the cover. The dishes were stained and dusty. We were near the lake and it stank so bad. We couldnt eat outside cause the smell was just so overwhelming.Overall the cabin was gross but the staff was friendly and they had fun activities for the children. Wouldn’t go again.
Oct 23, 2024 · Jennifer ZavalaThis place is wonderful! Second time I have been here. It’s just unfortunate the development that is happening around the campsite.
Mar 24, 2025 · Javier VeronicaI love this campground. The staff is nice. Most of the guests are respectful of each other and for the most part quiet. It's a great place for the kids to play and have fun with each other. And I absolutely love sleeping next to the canal and having the geese and birds come visit in the mornings. They will even figure out where the window is on your tent and come to it looking for you if they like you. I really enjoy staying here. I will definitely keep going back.
