Trails 2 Paradise RV Park Introduce
For local residents of South Carolina and those considering RV parks "near me" in the Fair Play area, Trails 2 Paradise RV Park, located at 243 Fishers Cove Rd, Fair Play, SC 29643, presents a destination with varied feedback from its residents. The provided phone numbers, (864) 966-0353 and +1 864-966-0353, offer a direct line for local users to inquire and form their own opinions based on the park's current policies and offerings. It's important for potential residents to consider the spectrum of experiences reported by others when evaluating if Trails 2 Paradise RV Park aligns with their needs and expectations for long-term or short-term RV living.
The environment surrounding Trails 2 Paradise RV Park in Fair Play, South Carolina, is likely characterized by the natural beauty of the Upstate region, potentially including proximity to lakes and scenic landscapes. However, one review offers a critical perspective on the "lake access that they say is nearby," describing it as "a joke." This suggests that while the general area may be appealing, the specific access to a lake from the RV park might not meet expectations. Conversely, another reviewer simply stated, "Fantastic! Love this place! A home," indicating a positive personal experience with the environment or overall atmosphere. Without further details, it's challenging to provide a definitive description of the immediate surroundings. Local users might want to inquire specifically about the lake access and other environmental features directly from the RV park management to get an accurate understanding of what the location offers.
The services at Trails 2 Paradise RV Park appear to be a point of contention based on the limited reviews. One former resident reported issues with a pet policy, stating they were evicted for not being able to get rid of a dog they had prior to new ownership. This suggests a potentially strict or inflexible pet policy that local users with existing pets should carefully investigate. The same review also mentioned an increase in rent during their stay (for just them) and the imposition of "a lot of crazy rules," leading to a feeling of being in "jail" rather than an RV park. This raises concerns about the overall management style and the level of restrictions imposed on residents. On the other hand, the single-word review of "Fantastic!" implies that some residents find the services and overall experience to be excellent. Another specific service mentioned negatively was the refusal to allow residents to use their community mailbox, requiring them to go into town to the post office, which could be an inconvenience for long-term residents. Local users should inquire about essential services such as hookups (water, electricity, sewer), waste disposal, laundry facilities, and mail handling policies to ensure they meet their needs.
The features of Trails 2 Paradise RV Park are also subject to contrasting opinions. The claim of nearby lake access is disputed by one reviewer, suggesting that this might not be a significant feature for all residents. The pet policy, as mentioned earlier, appears to be a notable feature that can be a drawback for some RV owners. The "crazy rules" cited in one review, while not specified, could be a defining feature of the park's management style. The lack of mailbox access is another potentially negative feature for long-term residents. Conversely, the resident who described the park as "Fantastic! Love this place! A home" likely found features that resonated positively with them. These could include the layout of the park, the sense of community (if any), the available amenities, or the management's responsiveness to their needs. Local users considering Trails 2 Paradise RV Park should seek detailed information about the park's rules, amenities, and what makes it a "home" for some while feeling restrictive to others. Understanding the specific features and policies will be crucial in determining if it's a suitable choice.
The limited reviews offer conflicting perspectives, making it difficult to ascertain any clear promotional information. The negative review serves as a cautionary note regarding potential issues with pet policies, rules, and pricing. The positive, albeit brief, review suggests that some individuals have a very favorable experience at Trails 2 Paradise RV Park. There are no explicit mentions of discounts, special offers, or unique selling points in the provided text. Local users interested in potential promotional aspects should directly contact the RV park management. It would be wise to inquire about the current rental rates, any additional fees, the full list of rules and regulations, the specifics of their pet policy, and the details regarding mail service. Understanding these aspects will allow local users to make an informed decision based on their individual circumstances and preferences, rather than relying solely on the limited and conflicting feedback available online.
For local residents in the Fair Play, SC area looking for an RV park "near me," Trails 2 Paradise RV Park presents a complex picture based on the available reviews. While one resident found it to be a "fantastic" home, another reported significant issues with pet policies, rules, rent increases, and lake access. This disparity highlights the importance of conducting thorough due diligence before committing to this RV park. Local users should directly engage with the management to understand the current environment, services, features, and all applicable policies. Visiting the park in person, if possible, could also provide valuable insights into the actual conditions and atmosphere. It's crucial to weigh the positive sentiment of one reviewer against the specific grievances of another to determine if Trails 2 Paradise RV Park aligns with individual needs and expectations for RV living in the Fair Play area.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of Trails 2 Paradise RV Park, local users should consider a direct approach. Calling the provided phone numbers is essential to inquire about current rates, availability, hookup details, laundry facilities, pet policies (including any breed or size restrictions and associated fees), the specific rules and regulations of the park, and the actual accessibility and quality of any advertised lake access. Asking about mail handling procedures is also important for long-term residents. Additionally, inquiring about the average tenure of residents and the overall community atmosphere could provide further context. If possible, arranging a visit to tour the park and see the sites firsthand would be the most effective way to assess if Trails 2 Paradise RV Park offers the desired environment and services for their RV living needs. Speaking with current residents, if the opportunity arises, could also provide valuable, unbiased perspectives.
In conclusion, Trails 2 Paradise RV Park in Fair Play, SC, appears to be a local RV destination with a spectrum of experiences reported by its residents. While one reviewer found it to be a "fantastic" home, another raised significant concerns regarding pet policies, rules, pricing, and lake access. For local users seeking an RV park "near me," it is crucial to approach Trails 2 Paradise RV Park with caution and conduct thorough personal research. Direct communication with the management regarding current policies, services, and features is highly recommended, along with a potential visit to the park, to determine if it meets individual needs and expectations for RV living in the Fair Play area.

Trails 2 Paradise RV Park Reviews
They are overpriced, they evicted me because I wasn't able to get rid of my dog (that I had before they bought the place) when they wanted me to,. They went up on the rent while we were there, (just us.) they have a lot of crazy rules,. You feel more like your in jail than in an RV park., the best park is little creek, beautiful views and very affordable. The people that stay there are friendly and mind their own business, drama free, 😉they also have a community mail box that you are allowed to use. At trails2paradise they won't let you use their mailbox,. You have to go into town to the post office. The lake access that they say is nearby is a joke.
