This campground is family owned. They recently purchased the property after losing everything in the Paradise fire. They are fair and an absolute delight!! The cabin was nice and clean as were the campsites. Our family had a blast here. We can't wait to go back!!
Jun 15, 2020 · Alicia ShawHave to say, I read reviews and was a little Apprehensive. But decided to call and see if there were any available spots for camping. To my surprise Renee the New Owner’s did had two sites. Still with reservations and short notice I was alittle concerned, but as soon as we arrived we were welcomed, and were treated very well( almost like family). My Family loved the Atmosphere. My husband played pool and kids play darts. They even played football/ horseshoes with fellow campers, When night fall came all the children play hide in seek. I don’t have one complaint, bathrooms clean, owner’s very kind and over all experience I will never forget... Best Memorial Weekend Ever.
May 26, 2020 · Susie CortezI have gone to this campsite for over 10 years, it’s located in a great area, close to my favorite swimming hole. It has a creek that runs through the campsite which is beautiful to listen to. The tent sites are great, the cabins are awesome, I’ve stayed in all types they have. The smaller cabin is ideal for teenager birthday parties (what I used to use them for) with lots of bunk beds and the big cabins have the extra amenities like stoves and are right on the creek. I wouldn’t recommend the “rustic” cabin unless you read the details and are prepared to be more immersed in “the wild”. The staff is very friendly and kind. The prices are fair. Overall I would highly recommend for a fun camping getaway.
Mar 21, 2019 · Rainee DazeThe owners of Willowcreek are amazing and so wonderful. Very inclusive and made sure we had everything we needed. I have been going there for over three years and it is truly a gem. Don’t miss out!
Aug 11, 2023 · Tricia GillespieWas quoted $80 per night when reservation was made.Checked in and there refrigerator was on the porch, so Heln had to move it in to cabin. I mentioned the heater wasn't warming up the room and she said that she would put another in the room. We left to go explore and returned later in the evening. Very cold under 40 degrees. Dirty towels in bathroom. And the manager, Helen said that she tells guests to turn burners on stove to help heat. As They can't put 2 heaters In unit cause breaker pops. I think carbon monoxide would be a bigger problem.Anyway my wife said that she didn't want to stay there another night so I called Helen and canceled the 2 night and she said she would refund the 2nd night.THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY CREDIT CARD.Don't stay here not safe, no one at office when I went to ask for heat or ask about the dirty towels.
