This was our 2nd or 3rd time booking a cabin with Beavers Bend Creative Escapes. We booked this cabin for a couples getaway over Fall Break.Overall, I liked this cabin and would stay here again. However, I have a few suggestions to make it even better that I will share below.We had one maintenance issue, in which water was dripping down from up high in the laundry closet. I called and they sent someone out very quickly to fix the issue, which probably took 45 mins to 1 hour.Please note also, there is not a hammock hanging outside as seen in the pictures on the website.Here are a few tips to improve this cabin:Clean windows and sills-we noticed dead bugs in the windows, blinds were dusty and some spider webs.Cabin is in need of a deep clean - inside and outside - powerwash decking, sweep, clean cob website, etc.Kleenex - provide Kleenex in bathroomBlow dryer - provide blow dryer for guestsRobes - consider Robes for guests as an added perkSeat cushions - dining table chairsBench cushion- outdoor rocking bench is not very comfortableHammock-replace hammockOutside tv- reception on outdoor TV was virtually none. We wanted to sit outside and watch football or a movie and we're unable to get reliable reception.Hot tub privacy - there is a cabin close by that has direct view to hot tub. A privacy screen or blinds would be a nice touch.Also, buttons are worn off hot tub and hard to read. We could only get hot tub to heat up to 100 degrees.Indoor fire place - we used it 1x - it puts off a strong odor...not sure if gas or something else, so we didn't use it again.I liked the comfort of the bed. Washer and dryer was a great perk. Plenty of dishes, etc. for 2 people. Plenty of towels, wash clothes and hand towels.

Oh gosh where do I start? Loved everything about this cabin. My boyfriend and I went for his birthday/our first trip together and this cabin did not disappoint. It was beautiful from the second we walked in. It has everything two people could possibly need for a romantic weekend getaway. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and grill. The fireplace outside was lovely. Oh and the soaker tub and two person shower. We definitely love both of those things.Our only two minor issues was 1. No toaster (that we found anyway). Maybe it was just somewhere we didn’t see it. And 2. The fire place inside (both inside and out are gas) was not usable to us. The smell of the gas gave us both headaches instantly. It’s too bad there isn’t some sort of vent for the inside fireplace. We would have loved to have it on but it just wasn’t possible.Other than those minor issues (not even really issues) we were very happy and would love to return.Communication with the cabin rental company was great as well. No issues with processing payment or instructions for checking in and out.
