Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort: Tyler, TX Reviews
This was our first experience at this location and we enjoyed it so much more than other locations thanks to amazing staff everywhere that made our stay special. All staff was friendly but Heather was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable—especially when it came to all of the children’s activities. She went above and beyond planning fun, engaging events that kept my kids entertained and excited every day. Her energy and enthusiasm really stood out, and my kids absolutely loved spending time at the activities she led.Nathan and Daniel were also fantastic—both super friendly and easy to talk to. They interacted so well with my kids and made sure they were always engaged and having fun. There were so many activities to keep the kids busy and entertained all day long. Our favorites were definitely the waterpark, Hey, Hey, Ride, and playing cornhole with Cindy Bear. The whole place had such a fun, family-friendly vibe. Big thanks to the entire staff for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!
Apr 21, 2025 · Kristina ShugarmanFirst off I wanted to say when we arrived at our cabin it was super adorable. What really caught which you would never have guessed it. It was the paper holder with the kitchen towels placed like a bloom of flowers!!! The card had a name on it I will never forget. It had S.Raspberry on it.Whoever that worker is thank you so much. That made my stay even better. My kids loved the water park. It was the right temperature outside. Glad we choose this park. We will definitely be back!!!
May 05, 2025 · BlitzKrieg AztecaWe are from south Louisiana been taking the family here for years. Our experiences has never been bad at all but this trip exceeded all of my expectations and I want to take a minute to give a shout out to some of the staff that made that Happen. MR John that works the cantina is an amazing individual the love and compassion he showed to my niece that is a Heart baby was truly astounding. Every time he seen my kids he knew their names I could go on and on about Mr John. He truly has a passion for the kids and & parents alike. Good customer service is built into his DNA and genuine character, that can’t be taught. Miss Heather @ activity center It was awesome hearing her stories about when she was an Educator in Korea and sharing experiences. she brings a very social aspect, I come from a very small town where you never meet a stranger and I loved & apprecited that vibe with her. Miss Saylor @ front desk has an Endless Smile! I for one definitely appreciated the constant positivity from her because 1st of all that position I could never do because I wouldn’t have as much patience when dealing with the public & which with her position there’s no avoiding! Lol. She was also extremely Accommodating with helping me switch cabins due to an air conditioning failure. Miss Lexi had to tell me it was her 3rd day on the job otherwise I wouldn’t have thought that, I would have guessed she had been there for a while, so Kuddos to whoever mentored her, seems like a seamless transition. she also mixed up a very Legit smoked old fashion for me which is not easy to do if you understand how the drink is supposed to be made, she has the same name as my daughter and I appreciated her establishing a friendship with her. Miss Ollie & Bailey on the Hay Hay ride, first time in all the years we have been coming here that my son jumped off and said “Dad that was the best Hay Hay ride we have ever been on” Super interactions with the kids. Mr Kyle is a Manager I think but I’m not entirely sure, excellent customer service skills, if the Newly Aquired Margarita Ville in Breaux Bridge Louisiana( which is right by my house and we go to all the time also) is ran the way He runs Jelly stone Tyler it is without a doubt going to exceed the previous ownership success. We come every year and more times than not twice a year. Even though every trip has always been good, this one was the best.
Apr 27, 2025 · Brandon MarceauxWhat a great camp ground! The cabins are on a small side but have everything you need. There are older and newer cabins, we stayed at one of the newer ones, they had wood walls throughout and you could literary smell it when you walked in. The kitchen was equipped with all the basic dishes for cooking, baking and serving. The bathroom is definitely on the small size, but it has a tub with shower so you can even soak in a warm bath. There's a couch, kitchen table, little movable island and TV. Each cabin has a little patio, a grill and seating area outside, some have fire pits too. The grounds are well maintained, with plenty of paths to explore on the golf cart. The pool grounds are awesome! There is a big play structure (not only for the kids) in the kiddie pool area, that's gated off for safety, a bigger and deeper pool with basketball hoop on the lower level and a big hot tub. There is a cafe right outside of the pool gates, it offers food, ice cream and adult drinks. There is a big jumping pillow that's shaded, basketball and pickle ball courts, mini golf, a version of paintball, and a little arcade place. They have activities for kids too, there's something different every day like foam party, movies, arts and crafts. There is a little dog park too, enclosed and pretty clean. And the maze is fun too, we walked it in the dark for more fun! We had a great time there and definitely will be back soon!
Apr 07, 2025 · Joanna VollThis was our first time visiting Jellystone Park in Attler, Texas, and it was such a fun and memorable spring break! The resort exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, organized, and perfect for families. There were so many activities to keep the kids entertained—from water attractions and jumping pillows to character visits and crafts. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our cabin was comfortable and well-stocked, and the whole campground had a safe, fun vibe. We especially loved how much there was to do without ever needing to leave the park.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly getaway. We’ll definitely be back!
