Skyview RV Park Reviews
Very rough looking place. Campers all crammed right next to each other
Apr 03, 2025 · Jennifer LovellAvoid this place at all costs. Management are a couple who are unethical, unprofessional and will find a way to kick you out your home that you work so hard for! Not only they get you kicked out but, if you don't find a way to move your home they'll tear it down and sell it for scrap metal. Seen it with my own eyes, these people are responsible for a handful of families to loose their homes. They're the same people who are also deleting my reviews, because they don't want authorities to find out was really going on, lil' do they know they have been reported and even though people are scared to come forward like my mother in law, they're currently investigating these people. I was visiting my mother in law and because she failed to notify she had visitors (because we surprised her) she was threaten to be kicked out her house. We were only planning to be there for the summer but, were forced out in less than 3 weeks. We were able to rent short term around the neighborhood and eventually come back home to NY so I am not holding any grudges. I have a house of my own, thank God. I'm just a human being who witness some horrible things happen to good people. We tried explaining the purpose of our visit to management but, they were not hearing it. She kept yelling back at me and telling me I only had three days to "get the f?&$ out" or else my mother in law was going to loose her home. She's an elderly lady who happens to be sick and needs help from time to time but, these people are literally forcing her to live by herself because unless they illegally acquire personal information about visitors for a "background" check (since when visitors of your own home need background checks), they're not allowed in not even when you own your own trailer. These are the type of rules they have. Not even my mother in laws mother is allowed to visit. They go around every morning and evening apparently "cleaning" the place but, what they're doing is being in your business and constantly watching you, like guards. I saw a lady who was threaten to be put out of her trailer that she worked so hard for if she didn't kicked out her own mother who was visiting from Mexico. Her own mother! They're also known to use cocaine and other illegal drugs. So if you're not an user or have some lips to kiss their butt with, they'll give you a hard time about anything. Everyday they modify and add to their rules. Tried to contact the owner but, that's merely impossible thanks to management who will interfere and do what they can do you don't have communication with them. And yes, do go through this place thanks to management. If you have been kicked out illegally or believe you have and have lost your home please notify authorities. There is an open investigation. Don't be afraid! There's plenty of other parks who are welcoming to visitors, cheaper and are not prison like. Most of these reviews are by the management itself, not the residents. Don't fall for it.
Jul 27, 2017 · Marie CharyI have lived here foe10 years and have no complaints. It is an older park striving to making improvements.I have been through a couple managers hereAnd have had no problems that were not taken care in a fast professional matter.Especialy the most recent and current.
Jan 14, 2021 · Ray CothranI've been led to believe that there's a lot of drug traffic that goes through this trailer park but upon recent visit to this area I noticed that whoever owns it is actually and seems to be cleaning it up a lot of the mobile homes and being removed and replaced with people that are coming in with RVs this is a good thing for people that like to come to Colorado and visit and camp and don't intend to spend a life here otherwise this is just an all-around looks like it's going to improve and become a really nice RV Park in the very near future this be something that anybody that does rving she keep in memory and in mind as RV parks are becoming scarce on the east side of the Denver Aurora area
