M & M Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring mobile home living options in Aurora, Colorado, M & M Mobile Home Park, located at 15770 E Colfax Ave, Aurora, CO 80011, USA, presents a residential community that, based on available online reviews, warrants significant caution and thorough consideration before making any decisions about residing there, whether in a mobile home or an RV for an extended stay.
The limited but strongly negative reviews available online paint a concerning picture of the management and living conditions at M & M Mobile Home Park. One former resident recounts deeply troubling experiences with the "property manager." This review alleges that the property manager threatened to assault the resident for simply asking him to leave their apartment and, on a separate occasion, threatened them for standing outside. The reviewer unequivocally describes the place as "trash" and states that it is not maintained. They further identify the property manager as living on lot 4 and having a propensity for threatening people, even sarcastically suggesting others "Hit him up," implying a confrontational and unsafe environment.
Another highly critical review strongly advises anyone considering moving into M & M Mobile Home Park against doing so. This former resident alleges severe pest infestation issues, claiming that "every trailer you move into comes with free roaches and free bed bugs." Beyond pest problems, this review also mentions issues with the sewer system and accuses the management of attempting to overcharge residents. The owner is explicitly labeled as a "real slumlord" who purportedly prioritizes rent collection above all else and neglects maintenance requests. The reviewer concludes by stating, "don't move in here he don't care about nothing except collecting his rent if you have problems good luck on getting it fixed," highlighting a perceived lack of care and responsiveness from the ownership regarding essential repairs and resident concerns.
Considering the platform category of "RV parks near me," these reviews are particularly relevant for individuals who might be considering M & M Mobile Home Park for extended RV stays. The alleged severe pest infestations (roaches and bed bugs) would make for extremely unpleasant and potentially unhealthy living conditions in an RV. The reported issues with the sewer system could also directly impact the functionality and sanitation of an RV. Furthermore, the accusations of a neglectful and unresponsive owner and a threatening property manager create a significant safety and comfort concern for any potential resident, including those in RVs.
Given the serious nature of the allegations in both provided reviews, potential residents or extended-stay RVers should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence far beyond simply contacting the provided phone numbers ((509) 954-9698 or +1 509-954-9698) before considering M & M Mobile Home Park. The lack of any positive feedback or information about amenities and services in the provided reviews is also telling. Typically, a mobile home or RV park introduction would include details about lot sizes, utility hookups, community facilities, pet policies, and security measures. The absence of such information, coupled with the strongly negative accounts, paints a concerning picture.
Prospective residents or RVers should consider the following critical steps before making any decisions regarding M & M Mobile Home Park:
- Visit the property in person: Conduct a thorough and unannounced visit to the park and surrounding neighborhood to assess the general environment, maintenance conditions, and overall safety. Pay close attention to the state of the empty lots and any visible signs of neglect or disrepair.
- Attempt to speak with current residents (if possible): Seek out current residents to inquire about their experiences with the management, maintenance, pest control, and safety within the park. Be mindful that some residents might be hesitant to speak openly due to fear of reprisal.
- Inquire specifically about pest control measures and history of infestations: Ask the management directly about their pest control policies and whether there have been past or ongoing issues with roaches and bed bugs.
- Ask about maintenance procedures and responsiveness to repair requests: Understand the process for reporting and addressing maintenance issues and gauge the management's commitment to upkeep.
- Inquire about security measures and the overall safety of the neighborhood: Assess the safety of the area and any security features implemented by the park. The review labeling the neighborhood as unsafe is a significant concern.
- Document all interactions and observations: Keep a record of any communications with the management and detailed notes of your visits and observations.
It is crucial to recognize that these reviews represent the experiences of specific individuals and may not encompass the entirety of the situation. However, the consistency and severity of the issues raised – threats of assault, severe pest infestations, neglect of maintenance, and accusations of slumlord behavior – are significant red flags that should not be ignored. Without any positive or contradictory information available, potential residents and RVers should proceed with extreme caution and seriously consider alternative options in the Aurora, Colorado area.
In the context of searching for "RV parks near me," individuals typically prioritize safety, cleanliness, reliable utilities, and responsive management. The issues highlighted in the reviews regarding M & M Mobile Home Park directly contradict these fundamental expectations. Therefore, potential RVers seeking a positive and secure extended stay in Aurora would be strongly advised to explore other RV parks with more favorable reputations and a demonstrated commitment to resident well-being and property maintenance.
In conclusion, while M & M Mobile Home Park is located in Aurora, Colorado, the available online reviews paint a deeply concerning picture of the management and living conditions, including allegations of threats, severe pest infestations, and neglect. Potential residents and those searching for "RV parks near me" for extended stays are strongly urged to exercise extreme caution, conduct thorough independent investigation, and seriously consider alternative housing or parking options that offer a safer, cleaner, and more responsibly managed environment. The information available suggests that M & M Mobile Home Park may not provide a suitable or safe living experience for many individuals or families.
