Foxridge Farm Community Introduce
If you are searching for "rv parks near me" in the Aurora, Colorado area, you might also consider exploring mobile home communities like Foxridge Farm Community, located at 26900 E Colfax Ave, Aurora, CO 80018, USA. While not an RV park, Foxridge Farm Community offers a residential setting for mobile and manufactured homes and may appeal to those seeking a more permanent living arrangement. You can reach their office at (866) 505-9001 or +1 866-505-9001 for inquiries about residency and community details. Based on the limited online reviews, Foxridge Farm Community presents a mixed picture, with positive experiences regarding maintenance countered by significant concerns about management and infrastructure.
One recent resident, who had just moved into unit #49, shared a positive initial experience. They described the "neighborhood" as "wonderful" and specifically praised a maintenance person named Mario. According to this reviewer, Mario promptly addressed several maintenance issues in their unit, including replacing an air vent, a screen, and a window. The reviewer also noted a sewer smell when the air conditioner was turned on, which had been worsening with increased use. They appreciated that Mario immediately advised them to submit a work order to have the issue fixed as soon as possible, commending his service as a "great job." This review suggests that at least some members of the maintenance staff are responsive and helpful in addressing residents' needs.
In stark contrast, a long-term resident of over a decade expressed extreme dissatisfaction with Foxridge Farm Community, stating that it deserves "0 stars." This reviewer was highly critical of the management company, Ascentia, whom they described as "super greedy" and solely focused on financial gain. They listed several significant issues, including the poor condition of the infrastructure, with "potholes everywhere" and a lack of "snow plowing in the winter." They also reported that residents are charged for parking and that the management has become "picky about street parking" recently, despite it not being a previous issue. The reviewer also complained about "ridiculous" rent, undrinkable tap water that "reeks of bleach," and occasional strong, unpleasant smells due to an on-site water treatment facility. Furthermore, they alleged that the water supply is frequently shut off with "little to no notice." This long-term resident, who stated they rarely leave negative reviews, concluded by strongly advising others "do not move here" and criticizing both Ascentia and the local management.
Considering these two reviews, the environment of Foxridge Farm Community appears to be a point of contention. While one new resident found the "neighborhood" wonderful, the long-term resident described significant infrastructure problems like potholes and inadequate snow removal. The presence of an on-site water treatment facility seems to contribute to occasional unpleasant odors and potentially affects the quality of the tap water. The issue of parking and its associated costs and restrictions also impacts the living environment.
In terms of services, the positive review highlights responsive maintenance service, with a specific employee, Mario, being commended for his prompt and helpful actions. This suggests that maintenance issues within individual units might be addressed effectively, at least in some cases. However, the negative review points to a lack of essential services like adequate road maintenance (pothole repair) and snow plowing, indicating potential shortcomings in the overall upkeep of the community. The management's approach to parking, including charging residents and enforcing street parking rules, is also a service aspect that has drawn criticism.
Features of Foxridge Farm Community are not extensively detailed in the reviews. The mention of a "neighborhood" implies a community setting with multiple units. The presence of a maintenance team is evident. However, there is no information provided about amenities such as recreational facilities (e.g., playgrounds, clubhouses, pools), green spaces, or community events. The on-site water treatment facility is a notable feature that appears to have negative environmental consequences for residents.
Promotional information is absent from the provided customer feedback. Local users interested in Foxridge Farm Community would need to contact the management directly to inquire about the availability of mobile home lots or homes for sale or rent, lot rental fees, parking costs, pet policies and associated fees (if applicable), and any special offers or incentives for new residents. It would be crucial to ask specific questions about the water quality, the frequency and duration of water shut-offs, the maintenance of roads and common areas, and the enforcement of parking rules.
For local users in Aurora and surrounding areas searching for "mobile home parks near me," Foxridge Farm Community presents a community with the potential for positive initial experiences, particularly regarding in-unit maintenance. However, the serious concerns raised by a long-term resident about the management, infrastructure, water quality, and parking policies cannot be ignored. Prospective residents should carefully weigh the positive anecdote against the significant and numerous complaints about the overall living conditions and management practices.
It is strongly recommended that anyone considering moving to Foxridge Farm Community conduct thorough due diligence. This should include visiting the community to assess the condition of the roads and common areas, inquiring directly with the management about the issues raised in the negative review (such as water quality and parking), and, if possible, speaking with current residents to get a broader understanding of the day-to-day living experience and the general sentiment towards the management. Understanding the terms of the lease agreement and all associated fees is also essential.
In conclusion, Foxridge Farm Community in Aurora, CO, offers a mobile home living option that has elicited strongly contrasting opinions from its residents. While prompt in-unit maintenance has been noted as a positive, significant concerns exist regarding the management's practices, the upkeep of the community's infrastructure, the quality of the water supply, and parking regulations. Local users exploring mobile home communities near them should approach Foxridge Farm Community with caution and conduct thorough research to determine if it meets their needs and expectations, addressing the serious issues raised in the negative review directly with the management.

Foxridge Farm Community Reviews
Just Moved in into unit #49 and so far our experience has been great. The neighborhood is wonderful on top of all. There’s a maintenance guy named Mario. He’s really cool came by the place and replaced the air vent on top of the stove replaced the screen and one of the windows. I also noticed that there’s a strange smell of sewer every time that I turn on my air conditioner the smell has been getting worse since we’ve been using the air conditioner a little bit more for these and he did not hesitate to tell me to put in a work order so he could come and fix it ASAP Mario!! Great job brother
Jul 30, 2024 · Luisito DavalosFor the love of God, do not move here. Been here for over a decade, this place deserves 0 stars. Ascentia acts super greedy & they’re only interested in $. There are potholes everywhere, incompetent staff, no snow plowing in the winter, they charge hardworking residents for parking and they’re picky about street parking when it has never been a problem until recently, the rent is ridiculous, the tap water is undrinkable, and reeks of bleach. This place has a water treatment on site, so occasionally it smells pretty bad. They shut off everybody’s water with little to no notice. I rarely ever leave reviews, and much less negative ones but, Ascentia sucks, and the management here too.

Apr 03, 2025 · Kim ChartierI live here, great quiet place that's safe and they care about us, hope the new manager is just as nice as the rest and Hannah she was awesome hate to see her go, the other two are awesome too, great place to live
Nov 01, 2024 · Deh MartianShould be zero stars. They tow and boot your car ILLEGALLY. and when you tell them it's illegal they say it's community guidelines. But it's illegal per Colorado law. They don't have booting signs and they have to give 24hr notice and they don't. They will harass you about "keeping it clean" and having kids toys outside. But don't say anything to the neighbors with power tools that sit outside on the street for months. They also don't do anything about the kids that vandalize things or tear up your yard even if you have proof. The streets are always full of trash, parking is a nightmare and you can't have guests. My parents have lived here for 14 years and the newest management has run this place in to the ground. They take advantage of people knowing what the demographic is.Steer clear. This place was once really nice, the office was friendly, they cared about people and now it's all about the money and crazy fees. They are currently getting investigated by the City of Aurora for various resident complaints. AVOID LIVING HERE AT ALL COSTS.
