The Meadows Manufactured Home Community Introduce
The Meadows Manufactured Home Community is located at 14470 E 13th Ave, Aurora, CO 80011, with contact phone numbers (303) 343-1414 and +1 303-343-1414. For individuals searching within the category of "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living options in Aurora, this community presents a residential possibility. However, it is crucial to consider the information available from online reviews to form an objective understanding of the environment and resident experiences.
Based on recent customer feedback, the environment of The Meadows Manufactured Home Community appears to be a significant concern for some residents. One detailed review describes a perceived decline in the park's condition over time. A major issue highlighted is the constant pedestrian traffic through residents' yards, reportedly due to the park's proximity to the RTD Park and Ride and a purported home-based business on a neighboring street. This foot traffic allegedly leads to littering and prevents residents from growing grass in their yards due to the creation of paths. The review also mentions that despite these issues, residents are not permitted to erect fences to mitigate the problem, impacting their ability to enjoy their outdoor spaces privately.
Furthermore, the same review raises concerns about the presence of unleashed dogs and the resultant issue of uncollected pet waste. Increased traffic due to the nearby Park and Ride exacerbates the problem of people cutting through yards to reach the light rail. Disturbingly, the reviewer recounts instances of feeling unsafe due to interactions with individuals passing through their property. The review also describes issues with transient individuals camping on vacant lots and in the field behind homes, citing problems with trash and potential sanitation concerns. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the office staff, the resident was reportedly told that nothing could be done.
Another review paints a starkly negative picture of the management and overall condition of The Meadows Manufactured Home Community. This feedback alleges constant harassment by management, coupled with a lack of investment in improving the facility. Specific complaints include the absence of a children's play area, no grass, a lack of maintenance, and no apparent improvements over the past decade. Additionally, this review mentions serious allegations of illegal vehicle towing, a high crime rate, frequent presence of tactical police units, and corrupt management. The reviewer strongly advises against living in or doing business with the community, suggesting that the community's website's claims of being a "wonderful place" are untrue and encouraging prospective residents to seek firsthand accounts from current residents.
Considering these reviews in the context of "RV parks near me," it is important for those seeking a location for their recreational vehicle to carefully weigh these reported environmental and management issues. While The Meadows Manufactured Home Community is located in Aurora and may offer spaces for RVs, the negative feedback regarding the overall upkeep, security, and management responsiveness could significantly impact the quality of life for RV residents as well. Specific services and features relevant to RV living, such as hookups, site sizes, and amenities, are not detailed in the provided information, but the general concerns raised by residents warrant thorough investigation.
Similarly, for individuals looking for "mobile homes for sale near me" or considering moving a manufactured home into The Meadows Manufactured Home Community, the reported lack of maintenance and alleged high crime rate are critical factors to consider. The reviews suggest a community facing significant challenges in terms of upkeep, security, and management effectiveness, which could negatively affect the living experience for mobile home owners.
It is important to note that one positive aspect mentioned in the first detailed review is the friendliness of some neighbors. This suggests that despite the issues raised, there may be a sense of community among some residents. However, this positive sentiment is overshadowed by the significant concerns regarding the park's management and environment.
Given the strongly negative feedback present in the provided reviews, prospective residents, whether seeking an "RV park near me" or considering mobile home living, are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before making any decisions regarding The Meadows Manufactured Home Community. This due diligence should include contacting the management directly at the provided phone numbers to inquire about current conditions, policies, and address the concerns raised in the reviews. Visiting the property in person during daylight hours to assess the environment, security measures, and overall upkeep is also highly recommended. If possible, speaking with current residents to gain a broader perspective on their experiences would be invaluable in making an informed decision.
In conclusion, while The Meadows Manufactured Home Community in Aurora, Colorado, is listed as a potential option for those seeking "RV parks near me" or mobile home living, the available online reviews paint a concerning picture of the park's environment, management, and overall quality of life. Potential residents should carefully consider the issues raised, conduct thorough investigations, and seek current and comprehensive information before committing to residency in this community.

The Meadows Manufactured Home Community Reviews
This park has gone downhill tremendously. We have fees added every year without notice. But my biggest issue is that people constantly walk through our yard to get to the next street or to the RTD Park and Ride which is behind us. Apparently someone is running a store out of their home on the next street, according to the kids who CONSTANTLY walk through our yard and often throw their candy and snack wrappers all over our yard. We are picking up trash regularly. There is a path that goes through the yard and we can't grow grass. That would all be fine if we were allowed to put up a fence and the problem would be solved and we could sit outside without worrying about people walking right through our cookouts and family events. But we are not permitted to do so. In addition, dogs run wild over here and I'm constantly picking up dog waste for other peoples' animals. The traffic has increased tremendously since the park and ride has gone in. People now walk through our yard to get to the light rail. I asked one person to please not walk through our yard and he turned around and started walking toward me and someone else approached one of my grandchildren. For a time while the home behind us was vacant, there was a person who had a small camp set up between the home and shed. Trash everywhere and what looked like human waste. That ended when someone moved into the home but there are people camped in the field behind our home. I went to the office today and brought these issues up to the young lady in the office. She is such a nice person and she sympathized but said there is nothing that can be done. I have contacted an attorney who deals with tenant issues but I am so fed up that we are thinking about selling our home and getting out of this low level park. I wouldn't have even given this park 2 stars but the neighbors are fantastic. Most of our neighbors are just as disgusted. The photos taken show the footprints of the people who walk through our yard. The only prints that were mine were those that curved to walk to my door after taking the photos. All animal prints were from other peoples' animals as well as the yellow snow right outside my door. Please tell me why we should have to deal with such issues when we have faithfully paid our rent on time and been excellent residents. Our quality of life in this park is awful. Since this first review, we have had multiple items stolen from our yard including 3 propane tanks, vegetables from our garden, water from the hose, regulators cut off the grill and larger items that they attempted to steal but could not because they were chained to the shed.
Mar 29, 2022 · Terry BarlowIf you want to live in a place where management is constantly harassing you but does nothing to improve the facility this is the place to live. There are no play area for kids, there is no grass, there is no maintenance, there has not been a single dollar spent on improvements for the past 10 years. Did i also mention illegal towing of vehicles, high crime rate, tactical police divisons constantly present, and corrupt management? Everything the website says about how wonderful this place is, is a total lie. Dont believe this comment stop by and ask any random resident who lives here and they will not only agree but add to the list of compliants. Or simply look at satellite imaging for its landscaping. I would never recomend any to live or do any type of business with this "place".
Jun 03, 2016 · Teak Construction RemodelingI've lived here for over 10 years & have really enjoyed it. Management was changing alot when we first got here but it's been much more stable for years now. I love that this has been here a very long time & there are all sorts of trailers here, from very old + small to regular single wides & quite a few double wides now too...& they're all mixed in together. We still have a few of the big old trees but many have died & had to go.There's lots of families with lots of kids, so in nice weather there are always sounds of kids playing...in the best (old-fashioned way). In all my time here I've never run into anyone -kid or adult, thats been rude or offensive -quite the contrary! It's nice & laid back, people are friendly &, at least down on our south end, we just don't have cops or trouble either! So, to anyone who thinks "it's' ghetto" here, I can only wonder what that means to them? Friendly Families & Kids Outside Playing & Socializing! Comfortable Spaces all Around. Birds Singing, some Very Lovely Gardens & No Hassles in Trying to "Fit In". Old, Young, Singles, Couples, Famlies of ALL Sorts. Multi-lingual, Multi-Cultural, and Everyone I've met here is Very Open & Tolerant! I Love Our Very Mixed Community Here... It Reminds me of the Neighborhoods I grew up in & raised my kids in...I may not know everyone's name, but they all Know they Can Count on me, just as I Know I Can Count on Any of Them! I'm. Glad There's Still Places Like This!
Mar 27, 2019 · Karen RaeDangerous, please avoid this place during night time or at least when the sun comes down. Streets here are not safe and there is a need for police to be around this area more. I was visiting a friend and there was gunshots during the night and my friend stated " this is normal out here".
Nov 27, 2019 · Ivan MorenoI only got to see the venue and the readily visible holes. The outside area is nice but the inside is ok, it feels slightly dated. The course looks nice though. All the staff was great.
