Friendly Village of Aurora Introduce
This introduction provides a detailed overview of Friendly Village of Aurora, a manufactured home community located at 1711 Roosevelt Way, Aurora, CO 80011, USA. This community is a key option for individuals and families searching for "mobile home parks near me." Furthermore, it offers services like RV storage, making it tangentially relevant for those exploring "RV parks near me" for long-term parking solutions.
Friendly Village of Aurora is situated in Aurora, Colorado, a large and diverse city that borders Denver. Its location offers residents a blend of suburban living with convenient access to the vast urban amenities of the Denver metropolitan area. Aurora itself is known for its extensive park system, cultural diversity, a wide range of dining options, and access to outdoor recreational activities. The community's address on Roosevelt Way positions it within an established area of Aurora, likely offering good connectivity to major roadways and local conveniences. Despite being within an industrial sector, as some information suggests, Friendly Village is often described as a "pocket of sunshine," aiming to create a pleasant and intimate residential environment amidst its surroundings.
The environment within Friendly Village of Aurora is frequently highlighted for its cleanliness and well-maintained appearance. One customer review specifically notes it as a "Super nice mobile park. Very clean and put together." This suggests that management or community standards prioritize tidiness and orderliness, which contributes significantly to the residents' quality of life. The community consists of 439 sites and was built in 1971, indicating a mature and established neighborhood. While yard space may be limited, residents often personalize their areas with landscaping, gardens, and unique paint colors, contributing to a vibrant and individualized aesthetic. The community aims to foster a "tight-knit community environment," where making new friends is encouraged through shared amenities and activities. This emphasis on community spirit is a defining aspect of its environment, promoting social engagement among its residents.
In terms of services, Friendly Village of Aurora primarily offers lot rentals for manufactured homes, providing residents with designated spaces and essential utility hookups for water, electricity, and natural gas, as well as wired internet access. Beyond these fundamental services, the community provides a variety of amenities designed to enhance resident convenience and recreation. These include a swimming pool, offering a place for relaxation and exercise, and a basketball court, providing opportunities for sports and active play. For families, a dedicated playground is available for children. An on-site clubhouse serves as a central hub for parties, activities, and social gatherings, fostering community interaction. The availability of on-site laundry facilities adds a practical convenience for residents. Furthermore, Friendly Village of Aurora is noted for having boat/RV storage, which is a valuable service for residents with recreational vehicles, allowing them to securely store their RVs within the community. This specific service makes the park a relevant consideration for those searching for "RV parks near me" with a focus on long-term storage rather than short-term camping.
The features of Friendly Village of Aurora underscore its commitment to providing a comfortable and engaging living environment for its diverse resident base, including year-round residents and snowbirds. As an "all-age community," it caters to a wide spectrum of individuals and families. The presence of varied recreational facilities like a playground, swimming pool, and basketball court makes it appealing for families with children. The clubhouse serves as a central feature for community events, strengthening neighborhood bonds. Beyond the community's internal offerings, its location provides access to significant external features. It is bordered by the scenic Sand Creek Regional Greenway, a nearly 14-mile bike path, and is near the 71-mile High Line Canal Trail, offering ample opportunities for hiking, biking, and exploring nature. Proximity to Aurora Sports Park provides access to fields for soccer, baseball, and softball. Local amenities such as Morrison Nature Center, Springhill Golf Course, VASA Fitness, and various dining options are easily accessible, enhancing the overall lifestyle for residents. Homes within the community often feature classic peaked roofs and lap siding, combining aesthetic appeal with durability.
For promotional information, Friendly Village of Aurora can highlight its clean and well-maintained environment, which is a strong positive as noted in reviews. The community's "friendly" atmosphere and tight-knit feel are significant draws. Emphasizing its diverse amenities, such as the pool, clubhouse, and sports facilities, would appeal to various demographics. The convenient location in Aurora, with easy access to outdoor recreational areas and urban amenities, is another key promotional point. For those specifically seeking "mobile home parks near me," the availability of affordable homeownership opportunities within a structured community is a major benefit. Additionally, the on-site boat/RV storage can be a unique selling proposition for RV owners looking for secure, long-term parking, extending its appeal to a segment of the "RV parks near me" audience. The community's contact information, (303) 360-9530 and +1 303-360-9530, would be provided for all inquiries.
However, an objective introduction must also incorporate critical customer feedback. While one review praises the park's cleanliness and appearance, another highlights a significant and recurring problem: frequent water shut-offs. This reviewer expresses frustration, stating that water is "constantly off" and that management provides unreliable information about when it will be restored, emphasizing the basic human need for water for showering and other necessities. Such an issue, if prevalent, can severely impact residents' daily lives and satisfaction, regardless of other positive attributes. Consistent and reliable access to utilities, especially water, is a fundamental expectation in any residential community. While the information doesn't elaborate on the causes or frequency of these outages, the direct impact on residents is clear. Prospective residents searching for "mobile home parks near me" should give careful consideration to such feedback. It is advisable to inquire directly about water supply reliability, maintenance schedules, and emergency response protocols before committing to living in Friendly Village of Aurora. Engaging with current residents, if possible, might also provide a more complete picture of daily living experiences. This comprehensive approach, balancing positive attributes with reported challenges, allows for a more informed decision.

Super nice mobile park. Very clean and put together.
Mar 03, 2025 · Keila ChapmanAlways cutting off the water then saying a time they will turn it on and don’t . Like bruh we need shower and stuff 💀💀
Dec 12, 2024 · Jaqueline RuizThey evicted me and my family with a 10 day notice due to a worker putting his hand over my fence and getting bit by my dog . Even when it wasn’t our fault and clearly the worker was in the wrong we got evicted. 10 years in this place and just like that we got kicked out . This place is a joke and no one in their right mind should live here . The management team and the person running the show is power hungry and very unreasonable
Jan 23, 2024 · Eric VillanuevaWhere to start.. Rent raised but they can’t even have the pot holes fixed?! Our yards, trailer and sheds need to be on point! But when you to call them for any issue their voicemails are FULL!!!! So who to contact because that even includes the manager and assistant manager their voicemail is FULL as well!!! And if you show up to the office at little after 9am they aren’t even there!!! Had to ask an employee cleaning the pool if they were open to find out that Mondays and Fridays they have meetings.. Would of appreciate to at least there be a sign stating in a meeting I of wouldn’t be writing this review and it wasn’t for their unprofessionalism and lack of care for their renters! They only see us as a money sign $$$$
