These reviews offer important perspectives on the environment and living conditions that prospective residents should carefully consider.
Downey, the city where ACE Manufactured Housing is located, is a part of Los Angeles County, situated southeast of downtown Los Angeles. The area offers a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial zones, providing residents with access to various amenities and services. Woodruff Avenue is a significant thoroughfare in Downey, and the location of ACE Manufactured Housing suggests proximity to local businesses, schools, and transportation links.
Based on the available customer reviews, the environment of ACE Manufactured Housing is portrayed in a significantly negative light by at least one long-term observer. This reviewer, who states they have been visiting the location since childhood, describes the current state as "the worst I've ever seen it." They express a strong negative impression, stating, "This place looks like your in Tijuana," and allege serious issues such as "too much drug dealing going on" that is not being concealed. This paints a concerning picture regarding safety and security within the park. Furthermore, the reviewer notes that the park "needs to be cleaned" and that "trash cans are too far away for people in the front," indicating potential issues with park maintenance and waste management. These comments suggest a potentially unkempt and unsafe living environment.
Another reviewer, who visited the property for a delivery, echoes concerns about the park's layout and conditions. They mention that it is "difficult to park" and "even more difficult to find the address," suggesting poor signage or a confusing internal layout. The reviewer also describes the mobile homes as being "very very crowded," which could imply limited space between units and potentially impact privacy and ease of movement within the park. Their advice to "don't go at night, you will get lost" further reinforces concerns about the park's layout and potentially inadequate lighting or unclear pathways after dark.
Regarding services and features, the provided reviews do not offer much specific information. The fact that it is a "Manufactured Housing" community implies the presence of individual lots for mobile homes and the provision of essential utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electricity. However, the negative reviews raise concerns about the upkeep of these basic services, particularly regarding cleanliness and waste disposal. The mention of parking being problematic suggests that adequate parking for residents and visitors may be a significant issue. There is no mention of typical RV park amenities such as laundry facilities or communal restrooms, which might be relevant for anyone considering long-term RV living within this community. Given the serious allegations and negative descriptions, prospective residents should not assume a high level of service or well-maintained features without direct verification.
The features of ACE Manufactured Housing, based on the reviews, appear to be overshadowed by the negative aspects highlighted. The fact that it accommodates manufactured homes is a primary feature. However, the alleged drug dealing, poor parking, lack of cleanliness, and crowded conditions detract significantly from any potential positive features. The difficulty in navigating the park, especially at night, could be a major inconvenience for residents and visitors alike. There is no indication of any recreational facilities or community amenities in the provided reviews. Potential residents should carefully weigh these negative descriptions against any potential benefits of the location or affordability before considering this park.
Currently, there is no promotional information available for ACE Manufactured Housing in the provided reviews. Given the strongly negative feedback regarding the park's environment and management, it is unlikely that there are active promotions being highlighted. Prospective residents should prioritize addressing the serious concerns raised in the reviews before considering any potential financial incentives. Contacting ACE Manufactured Housing directly at (310) 507-7816 or +1 310-507-7816 might provide an opportunity to hear their perspective on the issues raised in the reviews. However, it would be prudent to approach such communication with caution and to seek independent verification of the current living conditions.
In conclusion, the available customer reviews for ACE Manufactured Housing in Downey, CA, paint a concerning picture of the community. Allegations of drug dealing, poor parking, lack of cleanliness, a confusing layout, and crowded conditions are serious issues that potential residents searching for "RV parks near me" or mobile home living options should carefully consider. The strongly negative long-term observation suggests a significant decline in the living environment over time. Prospective residents are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution, thoroughly investigate the current conditions, and seek feedback from multiple independent sources before making any decisions regarding residency at ACE Manufactured Housing. Visiting the property during the day and, if possible, speaking with current residents might provide a more comprehensive understanding of the actual living environment.
