Mar 14, 2025 · Tracy and John Full time Rv’ersIf you are seeking a perfect getaway, look no further than this gem near the Piedmont. Site 40, in particular, offers such a captivating location close to Southern Pines and Aberdeen. You'll find countless little nooks and crannies waiting to be discovered. First and foremost, my heartfelt thanks to the owner, whose kindness shone through. He greeted me at the campground and thoughtfully ensured the firewood was sheltered from the rain. The bathhouses and laundry room were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The campground features a convenient dump station with a hose available, adding to its charm. The smooth gravel drives enhance the overall experience, and we will definitely return. On a clear, calm night, the stars are breathtaking, and the view of the pond is simply phenomenal.
Jan 02, 2025 · MikeAntique Town is a fantastic campground! The wife and I stayed here while we PCS’d from Ft Liberty. Blake was great to work with and was very accommodating with Uncle Sam’s last minute changes. RV slots are large and spacious (we have 40ft RV and fit both 2500 truck, wife’s SUV and Harley). There are lights in each power pedestal, water and sewage are close so you don’t have to run long lines. Each site has a fire pit and picnic table. Park have two ponds for catch and release fishing, a beach and swimming area, multiple benches and swings throughout, a 7/10 mile wooded trail, and the dumpster is away from everyone. There are two dog areas for your four-legged family, bags and trash cans provided and plenty of area to walk them. Blake is currently putting in a new section with around 12 more sites, bath house, and laundry room, should be complete soon. Very quiet park while we were here over two weeks. Accommodates long term, short term, weekenders, you name it. Highly recommended! A 10/10!
Aug 28, 2024 · Dwight HicksThis is a really nice, well-kept, clean park. Nicest bathhouse we've ever seen! The owner gets back to you very promptly with any questionsyou might have. Couldn't recommend this gem anymore! Great half way point to the beach and very relaxing.
Apr 14, 2025 · Rozanna ParkerThis is a small privately owned park. The owner is at the park almost everyday cleaning or repairing. When he isn't here he's easy to get ahold of. There is a relaxing walking trail around the property that my dog and I enjoy. This is a great place to be. I have family in the area, I will be returning in a few months.
