Ashton Run Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local individuals and families seeking a mobile home park in the Pensacola, Florida area, Ashton Run Mobile Home Park, located at 1000 S Fairfield Dr, Pensacola, FL 32506, USA, presents a residential option with a notable characteristic: a quiet neighborhood atmosphere. If you are searching for "RV parks near me" and are open to considering mobile home parks for long-term living, or if you are specifically looking for a mobile home community in Pensacola, Ashton Run Mobile Home Park offers a setting where residents generally report peaceful surroundings. However, it is important to consider all aspects of the available feedback to form a comprehensive understanding of the community.
One of the recurring positive points mentioned in the reviews is the tranquility of the neighborhood within Ashton Run Mobile Home Park. One resident explicitly states, "...very quiet neighborhood no problems with neighbors too much..." This suggests that the residents generally experience a peaceful living environment with minimal disturbances from their fellow community members. A quiet setting can be a significant advantage for those who value peace and privacy in their residential area, contributing to a more relaxed and comfortable long-term living experience.
However, the reviews also highlight some potential drawbacks that prospective residents should be aware of. One resident notes that "The roads can be a bit annoying..." This suggests that the infrastructure within the mobile home park, specifically the condition of the roads, might be a point of concern for some residents. Poor road conditions can lead to inconveniences in terms of driving within the community, potential damage to vehicles, and an overall less pleasant environment. The severity and specific nature of these road issues are not detailed, but it is a factor that has been noted by at least one resident.
Another significant concern raised in the reviews pertains to the management of Ashton Run Mobile Home Park. One reviewer describes the manager as "very rude and disrespectful," issuing a "warning on this" to potential residents. This is a serious issue as the quality of management can greatly impact the living experience in any residential community. The reviewer further elaborates on negative interactions, stating that the manager "get nasty and attitudes with you for no reason." Such behavior can create a tense and unpleasant atmosphere for residents needing to interact with the management for various issues or concerns.
The negative feedback regarding management extends to maintenance requests as well. The reviewer claims that the manager "Does not like to remember when you asked for maintenance to come to your house and thinks it your place to call him everyday to get maintenance to your house." This indicates potential inefficiencies or a lack of responsiveness in handling maintenance issues within the park. Residents may face difficulties in getting necessary repairs or upkeep addressed in a timely manner, leading to frustration and a lower quality of living. The expectation that residents should repeatedly call for maintenance further suggests a lack of proactive management in ensuring the upkeep of the properties and infrastructure within the community.
Despite the concerns about the roads and the management, the positive aspect of a quiet neighborhood remains a notable feature of Ashton Run Mobile Home Park. For individuals who prioritize a peaceful living environment and anticipate minimal interaction with the management, this might still be an appealing option. However, it is crucial to weigh this benefit against the potential challenges related to the park's infrastructure and the reported negative experiences with the manager.

May 15, 2019 · stacey ColemanWell, the price to rent a trailer here is a little steep and these trailers are not up to par. Not worth paying high price when things are falling through and, the plumbing sucks. then you have people's water on top of Ecua for sewage and garbage. This is the first time I've had to do this water and sewage thing on a rental place.
