One of the most striking aspects of Evergreen Mobile Home Community, based on resident reviews, is the strong sense of safety and community. Contrary to some local perceptions, one long-term resident with experience living in Grand Rapids describes the area as "very very safe," emphasizing that individuals who "mind their business" are generally left undisturbed. This resident highlights the presence of "beautiful homes inside and out," some even featuring amenities like hot tubs and jacuzzis, which they argue are not typical of less desirable communities. This suggests a level of pride in homeownership and a generally well-maintained environment within the community.
The same reviewer points out that Evergreen Mobile Home Community can be an "amazing option" for a wide range of people, especially young individuals purchasing their first home, and those within or outside of Ionia County seeking affordable housing. The resident's experience of owning a high-value vehicle without any issues further supports the claim of a safe environment where personal property is respected. This perspective directly counters any negative perceptions and paints a picture of an affordable and secure place to live.
Another resident provides valuable insights into the management and maintenance of Evergreen Mobile Home Community, offering a glowing review of the Mead family, who appear to be in charge. Mike Mead is credited with handling overall operations with "experience and consideration" for the residents. This suggests a thoughtful and competent approach to managing the community.
Kristen Mead is recognized for her role in office administration and community engagement. The mention of a successful "pumpkin carving event" highlights efforts to foster a sense of community and provide opportunities for residents to connect and participate in social activities. This type of community engagement is a significant feature that can enhance the living experience beyond just the physical space.
The maintenance aspect of the community is also praised, with specific mention of the sons and their crew. One resident recounts a "great experience" with Troy, who handled multiple maintenance issues with "careful consideration" to achieve the best possible outcome. Additionally, Bill is acknowledged for his diligent work in preparing a unit for a new resident. This positive feedback regarding the maintenance team indicates that residents can expect timely and effective service when issues arise, contributing to the overall well-being of the community.
The collective feedback from these residents paints a picture of Evergreen Mobile Home Community as a well-managed, safe, and community-oriented place to live in Ionia, Michigan. For those searching for 'RV parks near me' and considering a longer-term stay, these positive attributes are highly relevant. A safe and well-maintained environment with a strong sense of community can be particularly appealing for RVers looking for more than just a temporary camping spot.
While the reviews do not explicitly mention the availability of RV-specific amenities or the park's policies regarding RVs, the overall positive portrayal of the community suggests that it might be worth exploring as a long-term RV living option. The emphasis on safety, affordability, and a supportive management team could be attractive to RV owners seeking a stable and welcoming environment.
To determine if Evergreen Mobile Home Community is suitable for your needs as an RV traveler or someone considering long-term RV living, direct communication with the management is essential. Inquire about the availability of spaces that can accommodate RVs of your size, the hookups provided (electricity, water, sewer), the cost of lot rental for RVs, the length of stay permitted, and any specific rules or amenities relevant to RV residents. Additionally, asking about the community's overall atmosphere and the demographics of the residents will help you assess if it aligns with your preferences for long-term living.
The positive testimonials highlight a community that is well-regarded by its residents, with proactive management and a focus on creating a pleasant living environment. For those seeking 'RV parks near me' in Ionia, Michigan, Evergreen Mobile Home Community warrants a closer look. Contacting them directly at (616) 527-2231 will provide the specific information needed to determine if this mobile home community can serve as a welcoming and suitable long-term RV living option for you.

Evergreen Mobile Home Community Reviews
Ppl say it’s the “hood of Ionia” but the reality is this is no hood at all. I’ve lived in Grand Rapids my whole life and i know what the hood is. This is a very nice area with nothing bad happening as long as you mind your business coming and going and doing whatever it is that you want to do around your property or neighborhood nobody will mess with you. Very very safe area, beautiful homes inside and out some of which have hot tub and jacuzzi built inside which is def not a “hood” amenity by any means. These ppl don’t know what a trashy 8,000$ trailer park hood community look like they lived in Ionia there whole lives and it’s all they know it’s weird white crackhead drug users, creeps and weirdos that are insecure and start nonsense w one another. Beautiful community, neighborhood, houses and fair game for whoever can afford. Especially for young ppl buying a home for the first time it’s an amazing option for anyone in or outside of the Ionia county area. I have a 2023 Chrysler 300c 6.4 hemi and nobody dares to touch it, they might not like it but it’s only bc they don’t have one at 23 years old. Nobody here will mess with you and there housing options are awesome and affordable. I say it how it is, like I said if you don’t wanna be messed with, then ignore the losers living a sorry life there not happy with.

Oct 22, 2024 · Jamie EsmanMoved into a disgusting trailer after being told we would get a newer 4 bed. Smelled like animal urine and had disgusting sticky walls. Make sure you take pics, and keep your check list, as they will try to keep deposit for maintenance issues from previous tenants. They won't return calls.
Jul 31, 2019 · Jessica EdsonI know finding a place can be difficult to find but if you have kids of any age, I strongly recommend finding another place. There are good people living here but far more bad people and kids. Cops are seen here often. This is no place for kids
