I run a lot so it is an excellent location for access to quiet roads and awesome trails. There is a long dock where you can tie up a boat free of cost and another dock/pier for sitting and enjoying a morning coffee or evening beer. I have a dog also and it has been very easy to have him there thus far! Would recommend.
