Beaver Creek Community Introduce
For local users exploring "rv parks near me" as a potential long-term living solution, or those specifically interested in mobile home communities, Beaver Creek Community located at 15 Beaver Dam Cir, Lavonia, GA 30553, USA, presents a complex picture based on the limited available resident reviews. They can be contacted at (844) 886-6428 or +1 844-886-6428 for inquiries. It's important to note that while the platform category is "rv parks near me," the information pertains to a mobile home community, which typically involves longer-term residency rather than short-term RV stays. Therefore, the introduction will focus on its aspects as a residential community based on the provided feedback.
One resident who has lived in Beaver Creek Community for almost two years offers a somewhat balanced perspective, stating that their experience "hasn't been all that bad!!!!" This suggests that while there may be challenges, the overall living situation is not entirely negative for all residents. The reviewer mentions purchasing their home, indicating a level of commitment to the community and highlighting that residents typically own their dwellings, with maintenance and repairs being their responsibility ("most/and or everything is ours to fix!!!!"). This ownership model is a common characteristic of many mobile home communities.
The same resident shares a peculiar anecdote about a neighbor's child asking for money, with the parent seemingly present but not directly involved. While described as a "bit strange!!!!", the reviewer clarifies that this particular family no longer resides in the community. This suggests that community dynamics and neighborly interactions can vary, and specific incidents may not be representative of the overall long-term environment.
Regarding environmental concerns, the resident addresses the "bug situation," noting that they only encounter "a few here and there!!!!" This contradicts the potential for significant pest issues that can sometimes be associated with older or less maintained communities. However, it's important to remember that individual experiences with pests can vary depending on the specific location within the community and the time of year.
The primary complaint from this long-term resident revolves around their immediate neighbors. They report "constantly hav people in and out all the time" and frequently playing "insanely loud" music, particularly upsetting to those sleeping during the day. This highlights a potential issue with noise levels and neighborly consideration within certain areas of the community. Such issues can significantly impact the quality of life for residents seeking a peaceful living environment.
Interestingly, the resident explicitly states, "I don't personally deal with anyone that works here so I literally can't say anything about Management!!!!" This lack of interaction with management makes it impossible to ascertain the responsiveness, effectiveness, or presence of on-site management based on this particular review. It also suggests that residents may handle issues directly with their neighbors rather than involving management, or that management's role is limited in certain aspects of community life.
In stark contrast to the somewhat neutral perspective above, another review paints a significantly more negative picture of Beaver Creek Community. This reviewer describes "horrible homes with even worse neighbors" and characterizes the community as "full of drug dealers and users" who allegedly "constantly block the roads and driveways while they smoke weed and hang out in the streets." These are serious accusations that, if accurate, would indicate significant safety and social issues within the community, severely impacting the quality of life for residents.
The same negative review further claims that "Police won't even respond to calls in this neighborhood. Even they don't want to deal with society's trash." This is an extremely concerning statement that suggests a potential breakdown in law enforcement response and a perceived lack of safety and order within the community. If emergency services are reluctant to engage, it raises serious questions about the overall security and well-being of the residents.
Adding to the negative portrayal, the reviewer states that "Management says to call police, police say call management," indicating a potential lack of responsibility or effective problem-solving by both the community management and local law enforcement regarding the alleged issues. This "pass-the-buck" scenario would likely leave residents feeling helpless and unsupported in addressing serious concerns within their neighborhood.
The concluding statement of the negative review is particularly damning: "You may be better off homeless than living in this slum." This extreme sentiment underscores the depth of dissatisfaction and the severity of the problems perceived by this former or current resident. It is a strong indictment of the living conditions and overall environment within Beaver Creek Community from their perspective.
Given these contrasting yet concerning reviews, it is challenging to provide a uniformly positive or negative introduction to Beaver Creek Community for local users exploring "rv parks near me" as a long-term housing option, keeping in mind this is a mobile home park. The first review suggests that while there are neighborly issues, the overall experience isn't "horrible," and the area is appealing. However, the second review paints a picture of a community plagued by serious criminal activity, unresponsive authorities, and severely negative living conditions.
Without further information or a larger consensus from multiple reviews, it is impossible to definitively characterize the environment, services, and features of Beaver Creek Community objectively. The starkly different experiences reported suggest that conditions may vary significantly within the community, or that the perceptions of residents are vastly different. Potential local users considering this location for long-term residency should be extremely cautious and conduct thorough due diligence.
This due diligence should include attempting to speak with current residents directly to gain a broader understanding of the community's atmosphere, safety, and management responsiveness. Visiting the community at different times of day and observing the neighborhood dynamics could also provide valuable insights. Inquiring with local law enforcement about their response history to the area might also be prudent, although the negative review suggests potential challenges in this regard.
As there is no mention of promotional information in the provided reviews, potential incentives or special offers cannot be included in this introduction. The focus must remain on the objective interpretation of the limited and conflicting feedback available.
In conclusion, Beaver Creek Community in Lavonia, Georgia, presents a mixed and concerning picture for local users considering it as a long-term residential option within the context of searching for "rv parks near me" (though it is a mobile home park). While one resident describes a generally tolerable experience with homeownership and manageable pest issues, albeit with concerns about noisy neighbors and a lack of management interaction, another portrays a community plagued by drug activity, unresponsive police, and severely negative living conditions. Given these starkly contrasting views, potential residents are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough independent investigation before making any decisions regarding residency at Beaver Creek Community.

We bought our place so most/and or everything is ours to fix!!!! Now, the bug situation we only get a few here and there!!!! The only real complaint I actually have is our neighbors constantly have people in and out all the time, also they're ALWAYS playing there music!!!! It's insanely loud, with everyone sleeping during the day here it's kinda upsetting!!!! But all in all not a horrible place to live!!!! I love the area, kind reminds me of Jasper!!!! Apr 26, 2025 · Ali ButlerI'm writing this review to document what is happening. I do work from home and was layed off because this community is unable to get high speed internet. My online rent payment did not go through and I paid manually in the office (November 16th). I went away and returned to a paper on my door with an account ID for checkfreepay and the online portal disabled and no response from manager Allen Franks via phone or text. I've called checkpay (ZEGO), gone to the portal, downloaded the app and tried to make payments online. This report is to document what is happening here. Maybe I'm not the only one it is happening to. Without a car I'm unable to get anywhere to pay anything to the places listed as paylease locations.Update: 12/27/2023 finally saw a vehicle at office. Asked when portal would be open. A male asked what like I was talking strange. The woman said, yes they been having trouble, until it's fixes head on to the post office and get a money order. We will be here next week after Monday. The office looked so much better. If no one is there I won't be leaving any money next week.
Dec 27, 2023 · Ebony Tucker-ChapmanI would not recommend them. When I lived there . The bathroom in my bedroom fooled and they wouldn't come fix anything. When we put in work orders they would mark the complete and never come fix anything. The maintenance man that worked the cussed people of doing stuff and didn't do. The trailer had mold and leaks .. i can post pictures and videos ECT. I post the emails where they complete it and i would make another one..
