Based on the limited customer reviews available, it is crucial for prospective residents to approach Bedrock Eldorado Estates with significant caution. One review expresses extremely serious concerns regarding the safety and management of the park. The reviewer strongly advises others to "Run do not walk away from this park," citing alarming allegations. These allegations include the park charging $50 per adult for background checks, yet supposedly allowing two different child predators to move into the family park. If these claims are accurate, they represent a severe breach of safety and a significant threat to the well-being of residents, especially families with children.
The same review also raises concerns about the physical condition and maintenance of the grounds, stating that the park does not take care of the ground or drainage, which has allegedly led to the destruction of the reviewer's property. Poor drainage can lead to various issues, including property damage from flooding or moisture, as well as creating unhealthy living conditions. This lack of maintenance would be a significant drawback for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-kept "RV community New Smyrna Beach."
Furthermore, this reviewer accuses the manager of being a "lying theft from other owners" and claims that the manager has been recorded on camera entering people's property without permission. Such behavior, if true, would indicate a severe lack of respect for residents' privacy and potentially raise legal concerns. The reviewer concludes by strongly advising others not to waste their money on a place where their children might be endangered for profit.
The second review provides a slightly less severe perspective but still offers limited positive feedback. The reviewer states that they only visit the park to see friends and that "the place isn't terrible, just not the greatest place in the world." This lukewarm assessment does not offer strong support for the park as a desirable living environment. More concerningly, this reviewer relays information from a resident stating that individuals living in the trailers have to manage their own trailer repairs without any assistance from the park management. While the reviewer notes that this is secondhand information, it suggests a potential lack of support for residents in maintaining their homes, which can be a significant concern for those considering "long-term RV parks New Smyrna Beach."
Given these reviews, particularly the first one which contains very serious allegations related to safety and management, anyone considering Bedrock Eldorado Estates as one of their "RV resorts near me" must exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. The claims of child predators being allowed into the park, coupled with accusations of theft and unauthorized entry by the manager, paint a deeply troubling picture. These are not issues to be taken lightly and should be investigated independently and rigorously by any potential resident.
In the context of "New Smyrna Beach RV living," the location of Bedrock Eldorado Estates on Eslinger Road is in New Smyrna Beach, a coastal city in Volusia County, Florida. While the city itself may offer various attractions and amenities, the internal environment and management of an RV park are paramount for a positive living experience. The negative feedback regarding safety and management overshadows any potential benefits of the location itself.
As a platform aiming to provide objective information on "RV parks near me," it is our responsibility to highlight significant concerns raised by customer reviews. The allegations against Bedrock Eldorado Estates are severe and should not be ignored. Prospective residents should independently verify these claims and consider the potential risks involved before making any decisions. Contacting local authorities or resident advocacy groups might be a necessary step in this due diligence process.
Information regarding specific services, features, or promotional offers at Bedrock Eldorado Estates is not provided in the reviews. Typically, RV parks offer basic utility hookups, and some may include amenities like laundry facilities or recreational areas. However, given the serious nature of the negative feedback concerning safety and management, the availability of such amenities becomes secondary to the fundamental concerns about the living environment and the well-being of residents.
In conclusion, the available customer reviews for Bedrock Eldorado Estates in New Smyrna Beach, FL, raise significant red flags, particularly concerning the safety of residents and the management practices of the park. The allegations of allowing child predators into the family park, coupled with accusations of theft, unauthorized entry, and neglect of property maintenance, are extremely serious. While one review offers a more neutral perspective, the overall sentiment from the provided feedback is overwhelmingly negative and concerning. Prospective residents searching for "RV parks near me" in New Smyrna Beach are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution, thoroughly investigate these allegations, and consider other options before considering Bedrock Eldorado Estates as a place to live. The potential risks outlined in the reviews appear to outweigh any potential benefits that the park might offer.

Nov 11, 2022 · Jamie JohnsonI only go here to see a few friends of mine, the place isn't terrible, just not the greatest place in the world. All the people who live in the trailers have to figure out how to get their trailers fixed on their own because they don't help with anything. As far as I was told by someone who lives there, I do not personally know if they help or not I do not and have not lived there at all. So I can't tell you anything about it for a fact just what I was told by my friend who loves there.
Jan 18, 2024 · MajesticThe lady running this is unprofessional and rude we came all the way from Oregon to get a better start after 40 years of misery only to get more. I can't wait to get out of this park the owner seriously needs to find someone professional because she's not. DON'T move into this park you will regret it.
Aug 16, 2022 · Mizz AshAccording to various residents there, the park manager is unprofessional and should be replaced with pleasant, honest and fair management. No renter should be harassed by a landlord or forced out of their home because a parks manager has personal resident preference, any personal prejudice against a renter is illegal!
