Blue Spruce Pointe Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for a mobile home park in the Milton, West Virginia area, Blue Spruce Pointe Mobile Home Park, located at 2208 Kirby Rd, Milton, WV 25541, USA, is one option that may appear in your search results, potentially even under categories like "RV parks near me." However, it is crucial to understand that Blue Spruce Pointe primarily functions as a residential mobile home community designed for long-term living. Recent customer feedback paints a deeply concerning picture of this community, raising serious allegations regarding management practices, legal disputes, and neglect of resident issues.
One review details a distressing situation where individuals who purchased a mobile home within Blue Spruce Pointe and completed all necessary legal procedures at the DMV are allegedly being prevented from moving out of the park by the management. This dispute has reportedly resulted in the reviewer's son becoming homeless for three months and experiencing illness, forcing him to temporarily reside in a small one-bedroom apartment with his girlfriend and their dog. The reviewer expresses profound disappointment with the park, suggesting that despite its potential to be a nice place, the current ownership lacks moral integrity and indicates an intention to pursue legal action. This account raises significant concerns about the management's respect for resident rights and their handling of property ownership and relocation.
Another review describes a situation involving a dangerous incident where a sign fell on a resident's mobile home. The reviewer alleges that the owners of Blue Spruce Pointe are aware of this damage but are doing nothing to address it, implying that they intend to collect an insurance payout while leaving the affected family to suffer the consequences. This review accuses the owners of greed and urges others to leave negative reviews and report the park to the Better Business Bureau, also indicating an intention to spread awareness of this issue on social media. This account suggests a severe lack of concern for resident safety and well-being, as well as a potential disregard for their property and living conditions.
Given these recent and highly critical reviews, prospective residents should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering Blue Spruce Pointe Mobile Home Park as a place to live. The allegations of preventing a legal homeowner from moving out and the apparent neglect of significant property damage caused by a falling sign are deeply troubling and suggest a potentially hostile or irresponsible management environment. These issues could have severe legal and practical implications for anyone residing in the community.
For individuals searching under the category "RV parks near me," it is important to recognize that Blue Spruce Pointe is primarily a manufactured home community focused on long-term residential living. The serious nature of the complaints, involving legal disputes and neglect of property damage, suggests that the basic expectations of a safe and well-managed residential environment may not be met here. Therefore, if you are looking for a short-term RV park with reliable services and management, Blue Spruce Pointe, based on this feedback, would likely not be a suitable option. The issues raised point to fundamental problems with the management and their treatment of long-term residents, which would likely extend to any short-term visitors as well.
The address of Blue Spruce Pointe Mobile Home Park is 2208 Kirby Rd, Milton, WV 25541. Milton is a city in Cabell County, West Virginia, located near the Interstate 64 corridor. While the location itself might offer certain conveniences, the internal management and conditions within Blue Spruce Pointe, as described in the reviews, appear to be significant drawbacks that would likely outweigh any locational advantages.
If you are considering living in Blue Spruce Pointe, it is strongly recommended that you attempt to contact current residents to gain a broader perspective on the current living conditions and management practices. While the provided phone numbers, (304) 743-0103 and +1 304-743-0103, will connect you with the management, the negative reviews suggest that information obtained directly from residents would be crucial in understanding the true nature of this community. Inquiring about their experiences with management responsiveness, the handling of property issues, and the overall stability and fairness of the living environment would be prudent steps.
In light of the serious allegations of legal obstruction and neglect of resident safety and property, prospective residents should carefully weigh the potential risks associated with Blue Spruce Pointe Mobile Home Park. The reported issues go beyond typical maintenance complaints and suggest fundamental problems with the management's ethics and their treatment of residents. It would be wise to explore other mobile home communities or housing options in the Milton, West Virginia area that have more positive or at least less concerning recent feedback to ensure a safe, stable, and legally sound living situation.
In conclusion, while Blue Spruce Pointe Mobile Home Park in Milton, WV, might appear as a potential housing option, particularly for those seeking manufactured home living and possibly appearing under "RV parks near me" listings, the overwhelmingly negative recent feedback regarding serious legal disputes initiated by the management against residents and the alleged neglect of significant property damage should not be ignored. Prospective residents are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution, conduct thorough independent research by speaking with current residents and potentially seeking legal counsel, and consider alternative housing options to avoid potential legal entanglements, financial losses, and unsafe living conditions. The available information paints a deeply concerning picture of this community under its current management.

Blue Spruce Pointe Mobile Home Park Reviews
We bought a mobile home this year at blue Spruce all was legitimate done at DMV and they are still fighting us and will not let us move out of the park. My son has been homeless for three months because of this and very sick he has stayed with me from time to time in a small one bedroom apartment with his girlfriend and their dog. I am so disappointed in this park that could be nice whoever owns it sure has no morals headed to court.
Jan 13, 2025 · Patricia FieldsReally a shame that poor family will get screwed over on the sign falling on their mobile home. The owners are doing nothing. They’ll collect a big insurance check and let the renters family suffer. Greed! Everyone leave a bad review and report them to the BBB. Spreading this on social media asap.
Apr 09, 2024 · J TLot rents too high goes up every year and your still expected to maintain your residence even though they keep taking mo ey out your pocket to pad theirs.Dont be late on that rent chances are if you pay the full amount of back rent in even after confirming that your caught up to date, youll have a notice on your door saying u still owe. I suggest getting and keeping all your rent receipts. If you dont like other people letting their animals use your grass as a potty spot i wouldnt live there. Just an honest opinion of what Ive seen.
Aug 23, 2022 · Tonya WilliamsonWay overpriced, they literally offer you nothing for the price over $600 for a lot that not only do I have to mow myself, but I also have to beg and plead to get tree branches cut so they won't fall on my trailer since i cant hire anyone myself? Nah bro I moved and I suggest you look elsewhere.
Jul 14, 2022 · Junip SargentI have lived here for over16 yrs. I have no real complaints. Just when they tore down maintenance building in front of my trailer they hit my storage building, promised to fix it and never have. Mary Jordan
