Located at 662 Misti Dr, Leesburg, FL 34788, USA, Bonfire Mobile Village offers a quiet and age-restricted (55+) setting where residents have the unique opportunity to own their land, providing a sense of security and investment not typically found in rental-based communities. While specific details about all aspects of the village are limited in the provided reviews, the available information paints a picture of a peaceful and well-equipped retirement community.
The reviews highlight several key characteristics of Bonfire Mobile Village. One reviewer, whose grandparents cherished the village as their winter retreat for escaping colder climates, described it as having "Nice people, quiet and just a overall good environment." This personal anecdote speaks to the welcoming atmosphere and the peaceful ambiance that made it a beloved home for their grandparents over time. The reviewer's extended stay further reinforces the notion of it being a comfortable and livable environment for seniors seeking a long-term residence.
Another visitor described Bonfire Mobile Village as a "nice quiet place 55 and older," further emphasizing the serene nature of the community and its age restriction, which helps to create a harmonious living environment for its residents. This reviewer also noted a significant feature: "you own your Land." This is a crucial distinction that sets Bonfire Mobile Village apart from many other mobile home parks where residents typically rent their lots. Land ownership provides residents with greater control and potential long-term financial benefits associated with property ownership.
The same visitor also mentioned the presence of amenities within the village, stating, "I see they have a clubhouse and a pool and I think it is heated." These are valuable features that contribute to the social and recreational well-being of the residents. A clubhouse often serves as a central hub for community activities, social gatherings, and events, fostering a sense of camaraderie among neighbors. A heated pool provides an excellent opportunity for exercise and relaxation throughout the year, regardless of cooler seasonal temperatures.
While one reviewer mentioned a perception that "some are snooty," it's important to consider that individual experiences can vary, and this single comment should be balanced against the overall positive descriptions of a "good environment" and "nice people." It's common for any community to have a range of personalities, and the overwhelming sentiment seems to lean towards a pleasant living experience.

Bonfire Mobile Village (55+) Reviews
My grandparents loved this place as it was their winter hideaway to get out of the snow and cold. I've stayed there a few separate times but one time for an extended period. Nice people, quiet and just a overall good environment. It is a 55+ community but since my grandma just passed 5/14/2024 and grandpa back in November 2021 I thought I'd leave a review for them. RIP Bob and Paula we miss you.
