Boone's Mobile Estates Inc Introduce
For local users in the Lothian, Maryland area searching for "rv parks near me" with the intention of finding a long-term residential community, Boone's Mobile Estates Inc, located at 1091 Mt Zion Marlboro Rd, Lothian, MD 20711, USA, presents itself as a potential option. While the platform category is "rv parks near me," it's important to clarify that Boone's Mobile Estates Inc. operates as a mobile home park, offering a different type of residential living compared to typical short-term RV parks. You can reach them by phone at (301) 275-1595 or mobile at +1 301-275-1595 for inquiries.
Understanding the environment of Boone's Mobile Estates Inc. requires considering its location in Lothian, Maryland. This area is known for its proximity to the Chesapeake Bay and a mix of suburban and rural characteristics. Residents might appreciate a setting that offers a balance between access to local amenities and a more relaxed pace of life. The specific layout and landscaping within the mobile home park itself will contribute significantly to the living experience. Factors such as the spacing between homes, the presence of communal green spaces, and the overall upkeep of the grounds would define the environment for residents. While one reviewer described the park management as "super knowledgeable and helpful," this positive feedback regarding the management does not provide specific details about the physical environment of the community.
In terms of services and features, mobile home parks typically offer a range of amenities to support long-term residents. These can include essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electrical hookups at each lot. Depending on the park's infrastructure, there might also be provisions for natural gas or propane. Waste management services are usually provided, and the maintenance of common areas, roadways within the park, and potentially shared facilities falls under the park management's responsibilities. Some mobile home parks offer additional features like laundry facilities, community centers, playgrounds, or recreational areas. However, the limited information available for Boone's Mobile Estates Inc. does not specify which of these services and features are currently offered. Local users interested in residing at Boone's Mobile Estates Inc. should directly inquire about the specific amenities and services included.
The reviews from potential residents offer some insights, albeit mixed, into the experience of interacting with Boone's Mobile Estates Inc., particularly concerning the availability of homes and the initial contact process. One reviewer had a positive experience, stating that "Park management is super knowledgeable and helpful" and recommending the park as "a great place to live!" This suggests that once established within the community, residents might find the management supportive. However, it's crucial to consider the subsequent reviews that paint a different picture regarding the process of trying to move into the park.
Several reviewers expressed significant frustration with the apparent lack of available homes for prospective buyers. One individual stated, "Not a great experience so far," detailing a call where they inquired about a home they saw online, only to be told it was already sold before they had a chance to tour it. This reviewer described the phone interaction as "definitely not professional by far" and cautioned potential applicants to "expect to be let down if you want to move into this community." Another reviewer echoed this sentiment, stating, "No home available within the community. I have been waiting a few weeks to tour a home so that I can move there and no contact at all, homes are sold before a outsider can seee them so nothing available." This suggests a rapid turnover of available homes, possibly due to high demand or an internal process that prioritizes existing contacts.
Further reinforcing this issue, another interested party mentioned, "I was definitely interested in this community, loved the way it looked and the feel of it and there is nothing available even if website shows it freshly being put on the market. Before given the chance to show interest it is sold before you blink." These consistent reports of homes being sold very quickly and the difficulty for outsiders to even schedule a viewing raise concerns for local users actively searching for "rv parks near me" with the intention of purchasing a mobile home and residing in this community. The discrepancy between online listings and actual availability seems to be a significant point of contention for potential residents.
It's important to note that the category "rv parks near me" might attract individuals looking for temporary or short-term RV sites. However, Boone's Mobile Estates Inc. appears to be a mobile home park focused on long-term residency. Therefore, local users specifically seeking short-term RV parking might need to look elsewhere. For those interested in the possibility of long-term living in a mobile home community, Boone's Mobile Estates Inc. is located in a potentially appealing area of Lothian, MD, and at least one resident found the management helpful. However, the recent experiences of those trying to move into the park highlight significant challenges related to the availability of homes and the process of inquiring about them.
Given the conflicting feedback, local users considering Boone's Mobile Estates Inc. should approach with caution and be prepared for the possibility of limited availability and a potentially challenging initial interaction, as suggested by some reviewers. It would be prudent to directly contact the park management at (301) 275-1595 or +1 301-275-1595 to inquire about current home availability, the process for viewing homes, and any waiting lists that may exist. Additionally, it would be beneficial to ask specific questions about the services and features offered within the community to get a comprehensive understanding of what it's like to live there.
In conclusion, Boone's Mobile Estates Inc. in Lothian, MD, is a mobile home park that may appeal to local users seeking a long-term residential community in the area. While one review praises the knowledgeable and helpful management, recent experiences from individuals trying to move into the park indicate potential issues with the availability of homes and the initial contact process. The rapid sale of listed homes and the difficulty in scheduling tours are significant concerns raised by potential residents. Local users searching under the category "rv parks near me" with the intent of finding a mobile home community should be aware of these reported challenges and directly engage with the park management to obtain the most current and accurate information regarding availability and the process of becoming a resident at Boone's Mobile Estates Inc.

Park management is super knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend this park as a great place to live!
Apr 21, 2025 · Yan SapoznickBE SURE TO READ REVIEWS FIRST...Not a great experience so far. I called inquiring if Chrissy had received my email for a tour and Tiffany answered the phone and when she answered the phone she was like how did you speak to Chrissy and when did you talk to her. I informed I did not speak with her and was calling to speak with her in regards to a home that was on a website and before I could even get the chance to tour it I was informed the home was sold. She stated the tenants living there sold the home already and I was shocked since it's a 2024 home and literally new. The call itself was definitely not professional by far and I could honestly say if you are interested in looking for a mobile home here just know you may not be greeted with any pleasantries at all. I guess expect to be let down if you want to move into this community. No home available within the community. I have been waiting a few weeks to tour a home so that I can move there and no contact at all, homes are sold before a outsider can seee them so nothing available. They had 2 homes available and within a week both were gone with nothing that said they are in the process of being sold or anything.I was definitely interested in this community, loved the way it looked and the feel of it and there is nothing available even if website shows it freshly being put on the market. Before given the chance to show interest it is sold before you blink.
May 01, 2024 · C TI have a family member who lives here. The parks are cute. The grounds are well kept. The homes are beautiful. It is very clean and quiet for a mobile home area. Probably the cleanest and nicest I've ever been to.
Aug 12, 2018 · Jesica KauffmanHorizon Land Management bought the property a few years ago. When that happened, more energy went into sales pitches and outward facing improvements but care for the residents dropped immensely. "Final Warning" notices are handed out like 52-card pickup when no prior notices are given. It's rare to find anyone working at the local office and even more rare to reach anyone at the regional office. They'll have you mowing in the rain just to avoid a $150 fine even when it rains for a week straight. Avoid this management company.
May 20, 2023 · Michael NeeseProfessionalism lacks there of. People at the office were very passive aggressive, kept giving us different prices for the lot rent and there was no communication with the employees. There was a $50 fee per applicant and they handed back our applications but not our money order. $150 gone and they never called us back after telling them we were giving our applications back even though they told us we were approved. Damn near $1,000 for the lot rent, we supply our own propane and it’s just way too overpriced.
