Cedarville Woods Manufactured Home Community Reviews
But the only thing they have done is change the name of the place to cedarville crossing.and still waiting to see the upgrades they said in a letter. Nothing has been done at all. The park is under new management called rhp properties. Check them out first. Now they are going to make the residents pay for their trees to be cut down and I heard from neighbors that they are going to make the community for family's not a senior citizen community anymore like it has been. They have changed the name again to CEDARVILLE WOODS WITH THE SIGN THAT SAYS IT'S A SEINOR ACTIVE COMMUNITY. THE TREE IS STILL HERE. THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TO IT in March of 2024. THEY KNOW THAT THE TREE IS ROTTING AND MY CAR IS GETTING DAMAGE FROM FALLING BRANCHES NOW. The tree service Frazier tree was on our street cutting down trees for the new homes that are too long for the lot. But they did raise the lot rent again. Went to the office today, But I did hear them on the phone, and the community is open to all ages now. So much for a senior community. They offer nothing, and they do nothing for the residents. They changed the sign again. The new one on the right.
Apr 11, 2025 · LarrySeems like a fairly new community. I stopped by the sales office to inquire and am seriously considering buying. There is a 6 month waiting list. It is a very nice off the main path community.
Oct 15, 2024 · Nichole WilsonGreat community, friendly resident's, quiet and serene.
Apr 03, 2025 · Lisa LinthicumThe scenery and the closeness of nature make this neighborhood a decent place to live. But, expect to be treated indifferently by the neighborhood association for seemingly no reason. I submitted plans to install a simple overhang for my front door, and after 4 years and multiple times of asking whether my plans had been approved or not, they still had no answer from the owner. My experiences are very similar to many of my neighbors, so it's not just myself that has had issues with the neighborhood association.
Jun 17, 2016 · Cletus RodgersThe lot fees are insane especially for seniors on fixed incomes! Ruth is not a friendly person and looks for people to write up. Consistently harassing the residents. These people are crooks!!!
