This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the available reviews to help prospective residents make an informed decision.
Brady Hills Mobile Home Park can be contacted at (724) 600-2088 or their mobile number +1 724-600-2088 for inquiries regarding residency, availability, and other relevant information.
Environment and Location:
One of the recurring positive comments about Brady Hills Mobile Home Park is its generally peaceful and quiet atmosphere. This could be a significant draw for individuals seeking a tranquil living environment away from the noise and bustle of more urban areas. The location in Slippery Rock, PA, offers a setting within Lawrence County, providing access to the rural landscapes of western Pennsylvania.
However, the reviews also highlight several environmental and maintenance concerns within the park. One resident noted a "lot of abandoned trailers," suggesting a potential issue with upkeep and aesthetics in certain areas. Additionally, the presence of "potholes in the roads" and "grass on the roads" were mentioned as safety hazards, particularly for motorcycle riders. These infrastructure issues could impact the overall living experience and require attention from the management.
Overgrowth in certain areas and the presence of trash throughout the park were also cited as concerns, indicating potential inconsistencies in grounds maintenance. These factors could detract from the overall appeal and quality of life within the community.
Another significant environmental factor mentioned is the presence of stray animals, including both aggressive dogs and encounters with bears. The reviewer reported two instances of encountering aggressive dogs on the loose and two close bear encounters within curfew hours, occurring in both spring and late summer. These wildlife interactions raise potential safety concerns for residents, especially families with children and pet owners.
On a positive note, one reviewer mentioned that a past "water issue" had been resolved. This suggests that while maintenance challenges may exist, the management has addressed at least some of the infrastructure problems reported by residents.
Services and Amenities:
The provided reviews offer limited details regarding the specific services and amenities available at Brady Hills Mobile Home Park. Typically, mobile home parks offer essential utilities such as water, sewage, and electrical hookups. Other common amenities can include trash removal, road maintenance, and potentially recreational facilities. However, based solely on the given reviews, the quality and extent of these services at Brady Hills appear to be areas needing improvement, as indicated by the road conditions and general upkeep concerns.
One long-time visitor noted a change in the park with new ownership, specifically mentioning the removal of the old playground. Currently, the only recreational amenity mentioned is a basketball half-court. This suggests a limited range of entertainment options for younger children within the community, which may be a consideration for families with kids.
The mention of "some drug use in the area" by one reviewer is a serious concern that prospective residents should be aware of. While this may not be directly controlled by the park management, it can impact the overall sense of safety and well-being within the community. It is advisable to inquire about security measures and community initiatives aimed at addressing such issues.
Features and Highlights:
Despite the challenges mentioned, the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of Brady Hills Mobile Home Park remains a potential highlight for those prioritizing tranquility. The long-term presence of one visitor, who has been coming to the park "off and on for many many years," suggests that there are aspects of the community that have been appealing over time.
The recent resolution of the water issue indicates a potential responsiveness from the new owners to address infrastructure problems. However, the persistence of other maintenance concerns suggests that improvements are still needed.
The presence of a basketball half-court offers some recreational opportunity, although the lack of a playground, which was present under previous ownership, may be a drawback for families with younger children.
The affordability of living in a mobile home park can often be a significant factor for many individuals and families. While the reviews do not explicitly mention affordability, mobile home living is generally considered a more cost-effective housing option compared to traditional single-family homes or apartments. Local users in the 'rv parks near me' category might be exploring Brady Hills as a potentially more permanent and affordable housing solution.
Promotional Information:
No specific promotional offers, such as reduced lot rental fees, move-in specials, or community events, were mentioned in the provided reviews. It is common for mobile home parks to offer incentives to attract new residents, so it would be beneficial for interested parties to inquire directly with the management about any current promotions or special deals.
In conclusion, Brady Hills Mobile Home Park in Slippery Rock, PA, offers a generally peaceful living environment, which may be appealing to those seeking tranquility. However, the community appears to be facing several maintenance challenges, including abandoned trailers, road conditions, overgrowth, and trash. The presence of stray animals and reported wildlife encounters also raise safety concerns. While a past water issue has been resolved, and the new owners have brought about some changes, the loss of the playground and the mention of drug use in the area are additional factors to consider.
For local users exploring 'rv parks near me' as a potential long-term housing option, Brady Hills Mobile Home Park warrants careful consideration. It is strongly recommended to contact the management directly at (724) 600-2088 or +1 724-600-2088 to inquire about the current state of the park, maintenance plans, safety measures regarding animals, and any available amenities and services. Visiting the community in person to assess the conditions and speak with current residents, if possible, would also be a prudent step before making any decisions. The contrasting viewpoints in the reviews highlight the importance of conducting thorough due diligence to determine if Brady Hills Mobile Home Park meets individual needs and expectations.

Brady Hills Mobile Home Park Reviews
Peaceful and quiet for the most part. However, there's a lot of abandoned trailers, potholes in the roads, grass on the roads (which can cause motorcycles to crash), and some drug use in the area. The water issue has been fixed compared to what I was hearing about it a few months ago. Some of the trailers are relatively... "Run down." Lots of overgrowth in certain areas, trash all through the park, and far too many stray animals. A friend of mine who lives there had encountered aggressive dogs on the loose twice, and close bear encounters twice before curfew hours; once in the spring and once in the late summer.
Sep 03, 2018 · Arsyn KrasotaNice place to live, as with anywhere it could use some improvements. I have been a visitor off and on for many many years. Over the time it has greatly changed with the new owners, I just miss the old playground theres not much for entertainment for younger kids except a basketball half-court. Would be great to have a playground again!
Feb 12, 2024 · Cody BrandonThey raised the lot rent once again yet they still haven't fixed the roads, the potholes will destroy your car. The water is still brown, undrinkable and so highly chlorinated it burns your eyes and causes your hair to fall out. There's so many abandoned trailers because people would rather leave them than stay here. The cops are always here for something and the drugs are so bad. They will write you up for not cutting your grass fast enough though.. worst place I've ever experienced.
Nov 02, 2022 · Jenna ArmstrongNot sure when I was there but Google wants a review. There are homes. These homes can be relocated, u could call them movable or mobile homes if u wanted. None of them were mobile when I was there. Stayed in the same damn spot all day, some didn't even have wheels or wings or skis or anything so idk. I was under the impression they were trailers.
