The park can be contacted at phone number (214) 402-3118 or mobile phone +1 214-402-3118.
Based on the available customer reviews, Branch RV Park stands out for several key features, including its exceptionally spacious sites, attentive management, clean and quiet environment, and convenient location. One long-term resident, who has spent over ten years living in various RVs, describes the spaces as the largest and easiest to maneuver in they have ever encountered. This is a significant advantage for RV owners, particularly those with larger rigs, as ease of parking and ample space can greatly enhance the living experience. The reviewer even notes the unbelievable length of the sites, suggesting the possibility of accommodating multiple large RVs and still having room for parking a vehicle.
The management at Branch RV Park receives high praise in both reviews. Kim, specifically mentioned by name, is described as "very attentive" and someone who "keeps on top of things" and is "very nice." This suggests a proactive and positive management style that contributes to a well-maintained and pleasant atmosphere within the park. The second reviewer echoes this sentiment, stating that "The mgmt is awesome. She was a really nice lady who was very accommodating." Such positive feedback about the management is a strong indicator of a well-run and resident-focused RV park.
The cleanliness and quietness of Branch RV Park are also highlighted as significant positives. One reviewer, whose parents stayed at the park for a few days, specifically mentioned that it was "very clean and quiet." These are crucial factors for many RVers seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay, whether short-term or long-term. A clean environment contributes to overall well-being, while a quiet atmosphere ensures a peaceful living experience.
Another notable feature mentioned by the long-term resident is the surprisingly low electricity rates, even though residents pay for their own usage. This can be a significant cost-saving factor for RVers, especially those staying for extended periods. It suggests that the park either has favorable utility arrangements or prioritizes keeping costs reasonable for its residents.
The location of Branch RV Park is also cited as a major advantage. The park offers easy access to the heart of McKinney, with just a 15-minute drive. This provides residents with convenient access to a wide range of amenities, including shopping, dining, entertainment, and essential services. Furthermore, the location is described as being well-connected for travel to both the south and north, making it easy to get around the wider region. The proximity to a lake is another significant draw, with the reviewer stating that it's so close that they "could throw a rock just about hit the Lake." This suggests potential opportunities for lakeside recreation and enjoying natural surroundings.
While one reviewer mentions that the sites get full sun, they also note that the park has thoughtfully planted trees in between the spots, which will eventually provide shade. This demonstrates a forward-thinking approach to improving the comfort of the sites over time. Even though shade might be limited in the immediate term, the park's efforts to address this are commendable.
The long-term resident also mentions that there are usually not many vacancies, at least for more than a few days. This suggests that Branch RV Park is a popular and sought-after location, likely due to the positive attributes highlighted in the reviews. High occupancy rates can often be an indicator of a well-regarded and desirable RV park.

Branch RV Park Reviews
I love this place. I've been here five months and can tell you after spending more than 10 years living in different RVs I'm very small ones to my present luxury fifth wheel I've never seen spaces this big and easy to maneuver in I can actually take my fifth wheel and almost put it sideways and the length is unbelievable whatsoever that I could run at least two 45 footers and still have room to park a car the management is great and Kim is very attentive she keeps on top of things and is very nice there's usually not any vacancies at least provarin few days and even though you pay your own electricity the rates they charge of unbelievable low. I love the location it takes me 15 minutes to get to the heart of McKinney and if I want to go see south or North it is very easy to get around and it's a great location so close that I could throw a rock just about hit the Lake.
May 15, 2023 · Brent Lyle BolinMy parents stayed here for a few days while visiting us. It was very clean and quiet. The sites get full sun but they have planted trees in between spots that'll eventually provide shade. But it was a nice park. The mgmt is awesome. She was a really nice lady who was very accommodating.
Sep 02, 2019 · Lorin TurnerI have been here a few months and love it. Large lots, good hookups, quiet. The space is well maintained and surrounded by natural views. There is a boat ramp just across the street where you can launch onto Lake Lavon.
May 21, 2021 · ElementalCowboyBranch RV Park is a nice park with plenty of room for each site. Clean park with full hook ups. Beautiful park area and stream on premise. Kim was very professional and friendly. The other staff members were also helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Branch RV Park!
Mar 16, 2019 · karen wolzI have stayed here with my wife for several months. The park is primarily for those staying full time and living in their RV (75%+). It has good services water pressure, electric, sewer, trash, WiFi. The site is well maintained. The manager is not on site, but lives a few blocks away and is easy to contact. I would give 5 stars if it had a landrymat.
