Vibe RV Park Introduce
Are you searching for exceptional RV parks near you in the Princeton, Texas area? Look no further than Vibe RV Park, located at 6704 Co Rd 437, Princeton, TX 75407, USA. Vibe RV Park offers a unique blend of quality amenities and community features, aiming to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for both short-term and long-term RV enthusiasts.
To get in touch with Vibe RV Park, you can call them at (214) 542-6214 or their mobile number +1 214-542-6214. While online presence may vary, these contact details offer a direct way to inquire about availability, pricing, and specific needs for your RV stay.
Based on feedback from previous visitors, Vibe RV Park presents a mixed picture. One reviewer enthusiastically described it as a "super nice place" with a "quality spot" and an exceptional community center. This positive experience highlighted the "another level" community center, a 24-hour accessible gym, an excellent mini-golf course, and an amazing kitchen equipped with a full fridge, as well as BBQ facilities with both propane and charcoal options. This suggests that Vibe RV Park aims to provide more than just basic RV hookups, focusing on creating a vibrant and amenity-rich environment for its guests.
However, it's crucial to consider all available feedback. Another reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction, urging potential visitors to "think twice about moving here." This individual recounted a "worst experience" and advised getting any agreements in writing, expressing a lack of trust. Their critique included concerns about a "premium price with NO Pool" and the absence of on-site personnel, leading to difficulties in receiving responses to phone calls or text messages. Furthermore, this reviewer reported issues with water quality ("something smells in the water") and a severe ant infestation, even noting the presence of bug poison under RVs. The locking of the dog park was also mentioned as a negative experience. This feedback paints a contrasting picture, indicating potential inconsistencies in management and site conditions.
In response to these past reviews, a subsequent comment suggested that some positive reviews might originate from acquaintances rather than actual tenants, raising further questions about the reliability of all feedback. This highlights the importance of conducting thorough due diligence and potentially visiting the park in person to assess the current conditions and management practices.
Considering the available information, Vibe RV Park appears to offer some appealing features, particularly the community center with its gym, kitchen, and recreational facilities like mini-golf. These amenities could significantly enhance the RV living experience, providing opportunities for relaxation, fitness, and socializing. The provision of BBQ facilities is also a notable convenience for those who enjoy outdoor cooking.
However, the negative feedback regarding management responsiveness, the absence of a pool despite a perceived premium price, potential issues with water quality and pest control (specifically ants), and the alleged locking of the dog park are serious concerns that prospective visitors should carefully consider. The lack of on-site personnel could also be a drawback for those who value immediate assistance and security.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Princeton, TX area, Vibe RV Park presents a location that may be convenient. However, the contrasting reviews underscore the necessity of direct communication with the park management to clarify current policies, amenities, and any ongoing issues. It would be prudent to inquire about their procedures for addressing pest control, water quality, and communication with residents or guests.
Before making a decision, it is highly recommended that potential guests contact Vibe RV Park directly using the provided phone numbers to ask specific questions related to their needs and concerns. Inquiring about current rates, availability, specific site features, and the status of amenities like the dog park and any plans for a pool would be beneficial. Additionally, if possible, a visit to the RV park to personally assess the environment and speak with current residents (if feasible) could provide valuable insights.
In conclusion, Vibe RV Park offers a location in Princeton, TX, and some potentially attractive amenities such as a well-equipped community center. However, the negative feedback regarding management, lack of certain expected facilities, and reported maintenance issues should not be overlooked. Local RVers seeking "RV parks near me" should weigh the potential benefits against the reported drawbacks and conduct thorough personal research before committing to a stay at Vibe RV Park.

Apr 03, 2025 · Jerry W VillahermosaThink twice about moving here, absolutely get whatever agreement in writing and do not trust this man. Worst experience in my life. I would recommend not to stay here if you any other options. Premium price with NO Pool…No on-site personnel., almost no responses from phone calls or text messages. Something smells in the water and let me tell you about the ants, infested with ants, ant, ant, ant, ant ant ant ants, never had so much ant problems in all of my RV excursions. I should’ve known something whenever I drove up and seen bug poison setting underneath RVs at the doorstep This man is so petty, even if he had a grievance with me, he locked the dog park to prevent anyone from using it. Watch out for this guy stay here at your own peril.Upon reflection of the past reviews. Perhaps these reviews are from friends and not tenants. Who knows with this guy.
Mar 22, 2025 · michael-shane henderson***** Unlike anything I've seen or experienced ***** The Vibe is a quaint, hip, very cool RV park that's absolutely amazing and a 'nice getaway from it all sort of place'. The 'modern-lodge vibe' very high-end community center is also great place to get away from your RV, use to relax and unwind, join others, entertain guests or pull out a guitar and perform on the stage around the fire. The attention to detail doesn't stop and is throughout this park with nice trees, landscaping which is nicely lit with landscape lighting. If you need a getaway or, are in the area. I highly recommend you check out the Vibe.
Jul 20, 2024 · Barry RyanThis place is simply amazing! You can tell Brian, the owner, took great pride in his work as a builder, while also preserving the landscape nature put in his path. It has been such a pleasure getting to know him and working with him to find our new home as we approach retirement. We cannot wait to become a part of this community on the first of the month. For those who may be looking for a great adventure and wonderful neighbors, this small and unique 33 unit park would be a perfect fit! If you are even considering a move, you should quickly reach out to him. I bet my husband and I researched and looked at well over 25 parks and you will not find this anywhere else. I'll keep you posted upon move-in!
Mar 27, 2025 · Barbara KulinI am a new resident of the park as of March 2025. I love it, the owner has been very attentive to messages and questions, the place is super modern, extremely nice bathrooms, a gym, a clubhouse, snack machines and laundry room. Out back of the clubhouse is an amazing courtyard with a small putting green, fire pit, stage and lounging areas. There are maybe 30 - 40 spots, super quiet and very easy to make it out off the peninsula. Some of the other places nearby have terrible roads leading in and out. I spent a month taking my time finding a spot as I will be here for 6-12 months for work and very glad I waited to find this spot instead of a giant parking lot with RV's everywhere 5 ft apart. VIBE RV Park is awesome. As for the ants.. they're everywhere in the south lol, and you can take very simple precautions to avoid an infestation.
