Caribbean estates mobile home park Introduce
Caribbean Estates Mobile Home Park, located at 11635 Turks Dr, New Port Richey, FL 34654, USA, stands out as a mobile home community that emphasizes a profound sense of belonging and mutual support among its residents. While the category "RV parks near me" often suggests transient accommodations, Caribbean Estates functions primarily as a long-term residential mobile home park, focusing on mobile homes for sale and long-term lot rentals, providing a permanent place for individuals to "lay down their roots."
The environment within Caribbean Estates Mobile Home Park is its most celebrated asset, going beyond mere aesthetics to encompass a vibrant social fabric. Residents consistently highlight the exceptional sense of community. One review passionately states, "We’ve been in Caribbean Estates for almost four years, and a better community of neighbors I have yet to encounter." This sentiment is powerfully underscored by the description of the aftermath of a hurricane, where "House after house with neighbors helping neighbors tear down, cut up, and transport debris." This collective effort, coupled with the manager's active involvement in "doing whatever he can to spruce up the park and find solutions for the residents," paints a vivid picture of a resilient and supportive environment. The Clubhouse becoming "even more active than before" after a challenging event further illustrates the strong bonds and positive atmosphere. The park's location in New Port Richey offers typical Florida weather, and while subject to natural events, the community's response demonstrates its internal strength. The physical environment is implied to be well-maintained, with new units unaffected by storms and affected ones "quickly repaired," suggesting an ongoing commitment to the park's physical upkeep.
The services at Caribbean Estates Mobile Home Park are designed to support a stable and harmonious living experience. Lot rent is described as "comparable, and in some cases lower, than other parks in the area," indicating a commitment to affordability and value for residents. A crucial aspect of the services is the responsiveness of the management. A long-term resident notes, "If I call the manager, he always answers and addresses my question/concern," highlighting efficient and accessible communication. This direct and effective management is vital for addressing residents' needs and maintaining community standards. Beyond the immediate post-storm cleanup efforts mentioned, which included "scrap removal," typical services for a mobile home park would involve common area maintenance, waste management, and infrastructure upkeep. The emphasis on "following the prospectus rules, maintain your home and pay your lot rent" suggests a clear framework for harmonious living, managed proactively by the park's administration. This blend of responsive management and clear community guidelines contributes to a well-ordered environment.
The features of Caribbean Estates Mobile Home Park are deeply rooted in its community-centric philosophy and its offerings for a comfortable lifestyle. The most significant feature is the extraordinary sense of "good friends and a true sense of home." This intangible but invaluable feature is what truly differentiates it, as articulated by residents who stress that "it takes more than that to make a home" than just a physical dwelling. The community's collective resilience in the face of challenges, such as a major hurricane, further demonstrates this feature. The "Clubhouse" serves as a focal point for social interaction, becoming "even more active than before" during times of need, signifying a robust social calendar and opportunities for residents to connect through shared activities, conversations, and laughter. For those seeking housing, the park offers a range of options, from "nice double-wide" homes to "budget-friendly fixer-upper" units, catering to various preferences and financial considerations. The availability of units unaffected by storms, along with the promise of quick repairs for affected ones, indicates a sustained inventory and commitment to resident satisfaction. The long-term tenure of residents, with one individual living there for 19 years, speaks volumes about the park's stability and appeal as a long-term residence. The clear and fair application of "prospectus rules" provides a structured environment that many residents appreciate for maintaining order and mutual respect.

The park effectively markets itself not just as a place to buy a mobile home, but as a place to find "good friends and a true sense of home." The mention of comparable or lower lot rents further enhances its appeal as an affordable yet high-quality living option. For individuals searching in the "RV parks near me" category who are actually seeking a long-term mobile home residence, Caribbean Estates' focus on a strong community, supportive management, and a range of housing options makes it a highly attractive choice. Caribbean estates mobile home park Reviews
If you’re looking for a nice double-wide or even a budget-friendly fixer-upper, you can go pretty much anywhere. But it takes more than that to make a home. We’ve been in Caribbean Estates for almost four years, and a better community of neighbors I have yet to encounter. We got hit pretty hard by Milton, a once in a hundred years monster of a hurricane, last week (no water damage, just wind; we’re far enough from the coast not to have to worry about storm surge), and you should see our streets. House after house with neighbors helping neighbors tear down, cut up, and transport debris, our manager out all day doing whatever he can to spruce up the park and find solutions for the residents, to include scrap removal, and our Clubhouse is even more active than before. No stress. No tears. Just conversation, easy laughter, and honest sweat. This is how communities used to be before we became all disconnected from each other. If you’re looking for good friends and a true sense of home, this is where you want to lay down your roots. Don’t worry, there are plenty of units that weren’t affected by the storm at all, and those that were will be quickly repaired. And stop by and say hello!
Oct 14, 2024 · Sylvia Greeney MorrisHave lived here for 19 years. If you follow the prospectus rules, maintain your home and pay your lot rent you will not have any problems living in the community. Lot rent is comparable, and in some cases lower, than other parks in the area. If I call the manager, he always answers and addresses my question/concern. I had minor issues with the owner many years ago, but my experience has been state your concerns and facts and if we couldn't agree, we agreed to disagree in a civilized manner.
Jun 16, 2024 · Susan TheilResidents are treated terribly and lot rent is ridiculously high for the lack of decent amenities many better parks in the area. Run away from this one! Owners should be very careful accusing someone of being a liar and cheater, defamation of character in their future.
Apr 19, 2024 · Janet MillerDon’t even want to give it one star. Management was very misleading. Said one thing but did another. I was going to purchase a mobile in here for my mom, I had talked to the manager about a couple think and it seemed like all was good. So as I was purchasing the house they denied my mom form living there. I really want to vent more because I can but just saying you really need to meet the management before moving in. You might not want to live here…Horrible…
Feb 16, 2023 · Jimmy LarkinsLived here from June 2013 until October 2017 when we bought a house. Quiet community with friendly neighbors. Park is kept neat and tidy and the pool area was updated since we moved in with nice pavers and new chairs and loungers. Enough activities to keep you busy enough if you like!
