We are new to the community and so far we love it! For the remainder of this year we will be spending vacations here, next year we plan to be snow bird’s. Can’t wait!It’s now a little over a year later from my previous review. My wife and I love this community. It’s a 55+ community, quiet, kept very tidy and clean. The streets have plenty of road signs, safety signs and speed bumps keeping everyone safe. A lot of folks are walking, or walking their dogs, riding bikes, or golf carts. It’s a very social community with monthly calendar listing activities, events, and gatherings. The club house is a great place for activities, there’s a nice pool area, shuffle board and beautiful natural pond with a fountain and yes some local wildlife. The surrounding areas of Hudson, Moon Lake, Port Richey as well as, New Port Richey, offers plenty of options for local restaurants, shopping, wild life preserves, golf, and beaches.

Pets are welcome BUT they rely don't like them and don't let your dog piss on the lawn! It seems that parking on the street is not a good Idea eather & a world of hurt if you own an RV. Please don't have it in front of your house if you are loading it for a trip! I do feel sorry for the President for he has to pacify all the complaining residents. Hay, it's a high value and low overhead place to live, love it here.
