Clements Campsite(do not take overnight stays, only construction crews) Introduce
For those within the "RV Parks Near Me" category specifically seeking long-term accommodation for construction crews, Clements Campsite in Garysburg, NC, located at 1341 NC-48, provides a tailored solution. It's crucial to note from the outset that Clements Campsite operates under a specific policy: it does not take overnight stays for the general public, catering exclusively to construction crews. This specialization allows it to focus its environment, services, and features on the unique needs of long-term workers, emphasizing safety, quiet, and essential amenities for extended stays.
Clements Campsite is situated in Garysburg, NC, a location that offers a rural or semi-rural setting, providing a peaceful backdrop for residents after a day's work. The environment is consistently highlighted by customer reviews as being "safe and quite" (quiet). This indicates a calm atmosphere, conducive to rest and relaxation, away from the typical hustle and bustle. The presence of a pond is a significant environmental feature, described as a "beautiful view with all the wildlife." This natural element contributes to a serene setting, where residents can enjoy observing "ducks and geese" and the "peaceful sounds of nature."
The aesthetic appeal of the pond, combined with the presence of wildlife, creates a more appealing and less industrial environment than some work-specific accommodations. One reviewer specifically mentions finding it "so relaxing to sit and watch them while relaxing while I am watching the sunset or waking up in the morning with my cup of coffee watching the peaceful sounds of nature," which paints a picture of a truly tranquil setting designed for unwinding. The overall impression is one of a clean and respectful atmosphere, with a reviewer noting it as an "Extremely relaxing and clean environment" where "Respectable people work here." This suggests that both the physical environment and the community it fosters are well-maintained and considerate.
Clements Campsite is specifically designed to meet the practical needs of construction crews on extended assignments. The primary service offered is long-term RV parking with essential utility hookups. The contact numbers provided for inquiries are (252) 537-5051 and +1 252-537-5051.
Key features and services that cater to its specific clientele include:
- Full Hookups: The park provides "full hookup for 30 and 50 amp and sewer." This is a critical amenity for long-term RV living, allowing crews to operate their RVs with all the conveniences of home, including electricity for appliances and air conditioning, and a direct sewer connection for waste disposal.
- No Showers: A notable exclusion, as highlighted by a customer, is that they "have no showers tho." This is an important consideration for crews, meaning they must either have showering facilities within their RVs or make alternative arrangements.
- Dedicated for Construction Crews: The park's policy of "do not take overnight stays, only construction crews" ensures a consistent and work-oriented community. This focus likely contributes to the "safe and quite" environment, as the transient nature of general overnight RV parks is minimized, and the residents share a common purpose.
- Cost: While a specific price is not listed, the review mentions a rate, likely per night for the full hookup, but the exact figure is unclear in the provided text (it appears as "$27"). Prospective clients should confirm current pricing directly with the park.
The positive feedback about "Respectable people work here" suggests a professional and helpful management team, which is vital for any extended stay, especially for those away from home for work. While other amenities like laundry facilities or common areas are not explicitly mentioned, the core offering of stable, fully-serviced RV spots in a peaceful setting caters directly to the practical requirements of its target demographic.
For construction companies and individual crew members searching "RV Parks Near Me" with the specific requirement of long-term, work-related accommodation, Clements Campsite presents itself as a highly specialized and reliable option. Its key promotional strengths lie in its dedicated focus on construction crews, guaranteeing a stable and tailored environment for extended projects.
The consistent positive reviews emphasizing a "safe and quite" living space, combined with the beauty of the pond and its wildlife, highlight the park's commitment to providing a restful retreat after demanding workdays. The availability of full 30 and 50 amp hookups along with sewer connections addresses the most essential needs for comfortable RV living during long assignments, ensuring crews can maintain their vehicles and personal well-being efficiently. While the absence of showers is a point to consider, it's a manageable aspect for crews prepared for self-contained living or with access to external facilities.
The atmosphere of relaxation and cleanliness, noted by multiple customers, reinforces Clements Campsite as a practical yet pleasant choice for temporary residents. The positive sentiment towards the staff ("Respectable people work here") further builds confidence in the park's management and its ability to provide a supportive environment for workers. Companies seeking a consistent, worry-free lodging solution for their teams in the Garysburg, NC area will find Clements Campsite a strong contender due to its specialized nature and positive resident feedback on safety, tranquility, and essential services. May 27, 2020 · Karen SampleIt's clements trailer court! And a small camp site. Their are 2 homes on one septic tank.when it rains or snow your toilet will not flush or will bubble back up! When your neighbor flush their toilet your toilet will bubble in your home. They will not fix the problem they make excuses . And the tenants that can Afford to move they do . The dirty road is always in bad shape. cement trailer court/ camp ground has only 1dumpter and its just about always full and trash on the ground around it. The land lords are noisy and they like staying in everybody's business. AND NOW THEY RAISED OUR RENT BY 10 DOLLARS. Their are much nicer RV parks 1 right off I95 North (very nice place just before you get to Roanoke Rapids
