Lakewood Village Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring mobile home living options in Lakewood, Colorado, Lakewood Village Mobile Home Park, located at lot12, 1409 Allison St, Lakewood, CO 80214, USA, presents a residential community that, based on the limited online reviews, appears to offer very cheap rent as a primary draw. However, these reviews also highlight significant concerns regarding neighborly conduct, theft, property maintenance, and the overall upkeep of the community. Potential residents and extended-stay RVers should carefully consider these factors before making any decisions about residing there.
One resident's review details several negative experiences at Lakewood Village Mobile Home Park. They mention having rude neighbors and experiencing theft, specifically noting that all of their yard tools have gone missing. This suggests a potential lack of community respect or security within the park. Furthermore, this resident describes an unresolved maintenance issue from a year prior, where maintenance personnel allegedly left a hole in their backyard after fixing pipes and never returned to fill it. The persistence of this hazard, coupled with the subsequent disappearance of the resident's shovel after the digging occurred, paints a picture of neglect and a lack of follow-through on maintenance responsibilities. Consequently, the resident is unable to rectify the issue themselves due to the missing tool.
Adding to the concerns about the environment, the same reviewer describes neighboring yards as "very dirty" and resembling the living spaces of hoarders. This suggests a potential lack of community standards or enforcement regarding property upkeep, which could detract significantly from the overall living experience and aesthetic appeal of the park. Despite these numerous issues, the resident explicitly states that they only remain at Lakewood Village Mobile Home Park because of the "very cheap rent," indicating that affordability is the sole redeeming factor for their continued residency.
The second available review is a brief inquiry from someone asking "Anyone know how to get ahold of them," presumably referring to the management of Lakewood Village Mobile Home Park. While short, this comment could imply difficulties in contacting the park's management, which aligns with the first reviewer's experience of unresolved maintenance and a lack of apparent oversight regarding community standards and security.
Considering the platform category of "RV parks near me," the issues raised in these reviews are pertinent for individuals considering Lakewood Village Mobile Home Park for an extended RV stay. While the cheap rent might be appealing to budget-conscious travelers, the potential for rude neighbors, theft, and a poorly maintained environment could significantly outweigh the financial benefits. RVers typically seek a safe, clean, and well-managed environment for their temporary or extended stays, and the descriptions provided by the mobile home residents suggest that Lakewood Village Mobile Home Park may fall short in these areas.
The lack of information regarding specific amenities or services at Lakewood Village Mobile Home Park is also noteworthy. Typically, mobile home and RV parks provide details about utility hookups, laundry facilities, community areas, pet policies, and security measures. The absence of such information, coupled with the negative feedback concerning maintenance and neighborly conduct, does not present a positive initial impression.
Given the concerns raised in the limited online feedback, potential residents or extended-stay RVers should exercise caution and consider the following before making any decisions about Lakewood Village Mobile Home Park:
- Visit the property in person: Assess the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the park and individual lots. Observe the interactions between residents (if possible) to gauge the neighborly atmosphere.
- Inquire about security measures: Ask about any security protocols in place to prevent theft or address disturbances.
- Ask about maintenance procedures and response times: Understand the process for reporting and resolving maintenance issues and the park's commitment to upkeep.
- Clarify community rules and enforcement regarding property maintenance and neighborly conduct: Determine if there are standards in place and how they are enforced.
- Attempt to contact the management directly and gauge their responsiveness and professionalism: The second review's inquiry about contact information suggests potential difficulties in reaching them.
It is important to acknowledge that the available reviews represent the experiences of only two individuals and may not be fully representative of the entire community. However, the specific issues raised – theft, unresolved maintenance, unkempt surroundings, and potentially rude neighbors – are significant concerns that warrant careful consideration. The emphasis on cheap rent as the primary advantage suggests that other aspects of the living experience may be compromised.
In the context of searching for "RV parks near me," individuals often prioritize safety, cleanliness, reliable amenities, and a positive community environment. The feedback regarding Lakewood Village Mobile Home Park raises doubts about its ability to consistently provide these aspects, despite its potential affordability. Therefore, potential RVers seeking an extended stay in Lakewood would be well-advised to weigh the low rent against the potential drawbacks of the reported living conditions and consider alternative options that may offer a more stable and pleasant experience.
In conclusion, Lakewood Village Mobile Home Park in Lakewood, Colorado, appears to offer very cheap rent, which is cited as the main reason for one resident's continued stay. However, the available reviews also highlight significant concerns about rude neighbors, theft, unresolved maintenance issues, and unkempt neighboring yards. Potential residents and those searching for "RV parks near me" for extended stays should carefully consider these potential drawbacks and conduct thorough due diligence before making any decisions. The low cost may come at the expense of comfort, security, and overall quality of living.

Lakewood Village Mobile Home Park Reviews
Some neighbors are rude. I've had all my yard tools go missing. Maintence was fixing my pipes a year ago and left a hole in the back of my yard and never came back to fill it. The hole is still there. My shovel went missing after he dug the hole in my yard. So I can't fill the hole myself. Neighbors yards are very dirty and look like hoarders live here. I only stay here because it's very cheap rent.

Feb 18, 2025 · The MonsterThere's tons of roaches. My neighbor had tons of rats. This place needs to be condimed. I paid 2000 dollars and was promised brand new windows and never got anything until I moved out. Now 21 has new paint and new windows on my dime when I was thrown out. Save yourself the time and heartache and never move here. You can't afford it. Oh yeah after I paid and moved in Neil bought himself a new truck!! Went from an old beat up Ford to a brand new truck. He even admitted to me he shouldn't have spent money that wasn't his! 😲😮😮
Apr 15, 2019 · laura dailycheap lot rent, however no low price is worth the utter incompetence landlords possess. You're better off literally anywhere else.
Jan 22, 2024 · Riley UWUPark is much more packed and less clean than picture suggests. Spaces were small and open ones needed cleaning and prep work, equipment was well used and needed updating.
