Cloverleaf Manufactured Home Community Introduce
Cloverleaf Manufactured Home Community, located at 150 US-10 North, St Cloud, MN 56304, USA, operates within the sector that often includes considerations for those searching for "RV Parks Near Me," particularly for long-term residency. While primarily a manufactured home community, understanding its operational dynamics is crucial for prospective residents. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Cloverleaf's environment, services, features, and the promotional insights derived from current resident feedback, offering a balanced perspective based on available information.
The environment of Cloverleaf Manufactured Home Community is situated along a major thoroughfare, US-10 North, in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This location offers convenient access to the city's amenities, including shopping centers, dining establishments, and various services. However, a significant aspect of the park's environment, as reported by residents, pertains to noise levels, particularly from "obnoxiously loud music" associated with new park owner's employees and a neighbor with a "loud sound system." This suggests that while the physical location provides urban accessibility, the auditory environment within the community itself may be a source of ongoing disruption for some residents. Furthermore, there is feedback indicating that "community areas... are often neglected and poorly maintained," which points to potential inconsistencies in the upkeep of shared spaces within the park. This contrasts with expectations for a well-managed residential community and suggests that the overall aesthetic and peacefulness of the common areas might not consistently meet residents' standards.
The services at Cloverleaf Manufactured Home Community, particularly the management aspect, have been an ongoing source of frustration for residents. Feedback indicates that the "management team is consistently rude and argumentative when approached with reasonable concerns," showing "little regard for basic respect or professionalism." A significant concern raised is the "blatant disregard for providing a 24-hour notice before entering lots for inspection, as required." Instead, management reportedly "come and go without notice or explanation, violating residents’ privacy and peace of mind." This reflects a notable deviation from expected professional conduct and legal requirements regarding tenant privacy. Furthermore, residents report that management "selectively enforce community rules," penalizing some for minor issues while allowing others to "break the same rules without consequence." This inconsistency undermines fairness and fosters resentment within the community. Another critical service deficiency highlighted is the refusal of management to "take responsibility or make repairs" when they "damage your property—such as putting holes in your lot during inspections or maintenance." This suggests a lack of accountability for damages caused by their operations. On a more positive note, the "maintenance man" is consistently praised as being "professional, friendly, and helpful," doing "everything he can to assist residents and genuinely cares about doing a good job, even when the management team doesn’t support him the way they should." This indicates that individual service efforts by the maintenance team stand in stark contrast to the reported management practices.
The features of Cloverleaf Manufactured Home Community, as conveyed by resident experiences, revolve more around its operational aspects rather than amenities. While it is a manufactured home community, implying individual home lots and essential utility hookups, the focus of resident feedback is on the quality of management and maintenance. The presence of a dedicated **maintenance man** is a key positive feature, providing necessary support to residents despite the reported challenges with management. The community provides plots for manufactured homes, catering to long-term residency. However, the reported issues with inconsistent rule enforcement and unaddressed property damage detract from what would otherwise be expected features of a well-functioning community. The change in "park owner's employees" and the resulting increase in noise pollution are new features that have negatively impacted the living experience for long-term residents. For those considering this community under the "RV Parks Near Me" category for long-term placement, these reported features related to management and community upkeep are crucial considerations, as they directly impact daily living and peace of mind. The basic infrastructure of a mobile home park is implied, but the effectiveness of its management in maintaining and overseeing it appears to be a significant concern for current residents.
Promotional information, based on the provided reviews, presents a challenging perspective for Cloverleaf Manufactured Home Community. While there are no explicitly positive promotional statements from residents, the feedback serves as a cautionary tale. The reviews strongly advise against dealing with the current management team, stating, "I would not recommend dealing with this management team if you value respectful communication and fair treatment." The phrase "Dealing with Cloverleaf Management has been an ongoing source of frustration" encapsulates the sentiment. The issues highlighted—rudeness, lack of professionalism, disregard for privacy (24-hour notice violations), selective rule enforcement, and refusal to take responsibility for property damage—collectively form a negative promotional narrative, despite the existence of contact numbers: (320) 252-4664 and +1 320-252-4664. The only positive aspect consistently noted is the "maintenance man," whose dedication is highlighted as a singular "bright spot." For prospective residents, particularly those exploring "RV Parks Near Me" with intentions for a long-term stay, this feedback suggests a need for extreme caution and thorough due diligence regarding management practices and community conditions before committing to Cloverleaf Manufactured Home Community.

Cloverleaf Manufactured Home Community Reviews
Dealing with Cloverleaf Management has been an ongoing source of frustration. The management team is consistently rude and argumentative when approached with reasonable concerns. They show little regard for basic respect or professionalism in their interactions with residents. One of the most troubling issues is their blatant disregard for providing a 24-hour notice before entering lots for inspection, as required. Instead of following proper procedure, they come and go without notice or explanation, violating residents’ privacy and peace of mind.Even worse, they selectively enforce community rules. Some residents are penalized harshly for minor issues, while others are allowed to break the same rules without consequence. This favoritism undermines any sense of fairness or community. To make matters worse, when they damage your property—such as putting holes in your lot during inspections or maintenance—they flat-out refuse to take responsibility or make repairs. And while they expect residents to follow the rules to the letter, they don’t hold themselves to the same standards in community areas, which are often neglected and poorly maintained. The one bright spot is the maintenance man, who is consistently professional, friendly, and helpful. He does everything he can to assist residents and genuinely cares about doing a good job, even when the management team doesn’t support him the way they should.Overall, Cloverleaf Management shows little concern for the wellbeing or fair treatment of its residents. Their approach is unprofessional, inconsistent, and dismissive. If not for the efforts of the maintenance man, the experience would be even worse. I would not recommend dealing with this management team if you value respectful communication and fair treatment.
May 02, 2025 · Samuel Warnerpretty sure the new park owner's employees are the ones always driving in front of my house with obnoxiously loud music. never had a problem until they sold the place to a new company. on top of that, the lowlife who moved in behind me has a loud sound system and uses it often, so now I'm just perpetually being bothered by audible garbage from all sides. this has been going on daily for years.
Apr 29, 2025 · tom engineI have owned a home for a couple months now, it is very pleasant and quiet. I just had a baby in the beginning of October. Through out the process of applying for our trailer we had a great experience working with Abbie. She was great to work with and she advised us greatly, if we wouldn’t have took her advice we wouldn’t have gotten our place. Being I was about to have a baby we were stressed. She definitely knows what she’s doing, was there for us and helpful. She also has a very positive energy which made the process even more enjoyable.I would like to thank you so much for making this an opportunity available to is as well as making it a great experience. 😊
Nov 13, 2024 · Ally JacobsBought a brand new home and it has been a headache from day 1. Homes are cheaply built and way overpriced. They say you get 10,000 off price, but when you sign papers you will be told that that is the closing fee and if you sell within 5 years you owe them. Have had issues with the house, and it's like pulling teeth to get them to respond if at all. Was told lot rent wasn't going to increase and the month after we moved in, it increased. If you think you can afford to buy a trailer house, go to a bank first to see if you can get approved for a loan for an actual house. You will be better off in the long run.
Apr 07, 2025 · Jeanna MillerI seen a home on the website and stopped in to look at it and met Abbie and she was more than happy to show it to us we loved it and filled out the application and paperwork which she helped us through it and we were approved and the whole process only took a week and we were moving in our new home I thought Abbie was outstanding and went above and beyond to help us with everything and get us moved in met the maintenance man through the process and he was very friendly and polite thank you
