Apr 18, 2025 · Mary MercadoBest looking mobile hone park in the area, tons of palm trees, resident owned, loads of space between units, fabulous pool, attractive clubhouse, active community & low HOA. But don't tell anyone!
Mar 10, 2024 · Chic AllisonI drove through, we're looking for a double wide for sale. There were 2 and 1 single. The streets were being re-paved, so l'm sure that'll be nice. But this place isn't for us, as we are locals and this park's majority is snowbirds. Sorry.
Oct 08, 2022 · Tonie RoseThis is a great 55+ community. They provide lawn maintenance for a fee. There is a club house with a heated pool. Everyone was very friendly there when we visited to bring my children to see their great grandparents.
Dec 28, 2019 · Kayla JordanVisited a childhood friend that I just found out lived in the park. He likes it there. Have met several of his neighbors, all seemed very friendly. A place to go if you are downsizing. People seem to want to help eachother.
