Whispering Pines Introduce
Welcome to Whispering Pines, a mobile home park situated in Boynton Beach, Florida, located at 7900 Lawrence Rd, Boynton Beach, FL 33436. While our platform primarily focuses on "RV parks near me," we understand that individuals seeking long-term residential options may also be interested in exploring mobile home communities in the local area. Whispering Pines offers a residential setting with a history in the Boynton Beach community. You can reach them at (561) 965-5552 or +1 561-965-5552 for inquiries.
Based on the available customer reviews, Whispering Pines presents a community with a past and evolving present. One long-term former resident, who lived in the park from 1978 to 1985, fondly recalls their time at Whispering Pines. This reviewer highlights the strong sense of community, mentioning meeting their wife Michelle and even getting married in the clubhouse. The pool is remembered as a significant amenity and a positive aspect of living in the park. This past experience paints a picture of Whispering Pines as a "great place to live" with opportunities for building lasting friendships and enjoying communal facilities.
However, a more recent review provides a contrasting perspective, focusing on the experience of renting the clubhouse for an event. This reviewer commended the current maintenance crew and the new property manager, indicating positive changes in these areas. Despite this, their personal experience with the clubhouse rental was marred by significant issues. The reviewer reported water coming out of the toilets and floor drains during their event, suggesting a pre-existing plumbing problem that was not adequately addressed. This issue led to guests leaving the event prematurely, causing considerable inconvenience.
Furthermore, this recent reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the process of retrieving their security deposit. They recounted an interaction with the person responsible for locking up after the event, describing them as "not the most pleasant." The reviewer was informed that their deposit would not be returned due to a perceived time limit, a decision they questioned, suspecting it might be related to the reported plumbing issues. The reviewer stated they had explained the inconvenience caused by the overflowing toilets but felt their concerns were dismissed. Consequently, this individual stated they would not rent the clubhouse again and advised others to exercise caution, raising concerns about potential future maintenance issues within the communal facilities.
Considering these two reviews, Whispering Pines appears to be a mobile home park with a history of fostering a strong sense of community and providing amenities such as a pool and clubhouse. The positive recollection from a former long-term resident speaks to the potential for a positive living experience within the park. The mention of a "great" maintenance crew and a "new property manager" in the more recent review suggests ongoing efforts to maintain and improve the community.
However, the recent negative experience regarding the clubhouse rental raises concerns about the upkeep and functionality of communal facilities. The reported plumbing issues and the handling of the security deposit in that instance warrant consideration for potential residents or those considering renting communal spaces within the park. While the maintenance crew is praised, the specific incident suggests that some underlying infrastructure issues might exist.
As Whispering Pines is a mobile home park rather than a transient RV park, the environment is geared towards long-term residency. This typically entails a quieter, more settled atmosphere compared to short-term RV parks. Residents often personalize their living spaces and form established neighborly relationships. The presence of a clubhouse, as mentioned in the reviews, often serves as a central hub for community activities and social gatherings.
Specific services offered by Whispering Pines are not detailed in the provided reviews. However, typical mobile home parks often provide basic infrastructure such as water, sewer, and electrical hookups at each lot. They may also offer amenities like trash removal, lawn maintenance (either included or managed by residents), and potentially on-site management offices. The mention of a maintenance crew suggests that some level of park upkeep and repair services are available to residents.
Features of Whispering Pines, based on the reviews, include a clubhouse that has historically served as a venue for community events (including a wedding, as mentioned by the former resident) and a pool that was considered a significant amenity in the past. The potential for a strong sense of community is also a notable feature, as highlighted by the long-term former resident who made lasting friendships there.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews. Typically, mobile home parks might promote features such as the affordability of long-term living compared to traditional housing, the sense of community, the available amenities, and the location's proximity to local conveniences and attractions. Boynton Beach offers a range of amenities, including shopping, dining, and access to beaches and other recreational activities, which could be indirect benefits of residing at Whispering Pines.
In conclusion, Whispering Pines mobile home park in Boynton Beach, FL, offers a community with a history and potential for long-term residency. Past experiences suggest a strong sense of community and valued amenities like a pool and clubhouse. Recent feedback indicates positive aspects such as a good maintenance crew and a new property manager. However, a recent negative experience with a clubhouse rental highlights potential concerns regarding the maintenance of communal facilities. Local users seeking long-term housing options in a mobile home park setting in Boynton Beach may find Whispering Pines worth considering, but further inquiry into the current state of amenities and infrastructure is advisable.

Whispering Pines Reviews
Lived here 78-85 , met my wife Michelle, got married in the club house. The pool was the best. Great place to live. Miss the many friends I made there.
May 05, 2024 · Gil WilliamsI want to start off by saying that the maintance crew is great and the new property manager as well. However myexperience was not the best when i recently rented out the club house. During my event there was water coming out of the toilets and floor drains i dont think dains cloggup over night, that must of been an on going problem, so my guests started to leave. Towards the end the person to lock up was present and not the most pleasant by the way. She checked out the place. So according to her I will not be getting my deposit back due to the time limit, however I can't help to wonder it was because of the overflowing toilet problem that I was dumped with. I did explain to her that it was an inconvenience, but she did not want to hear it and said "it was not" I don't remember seeing her inside the building with us. Anyhow I will NOT rent again and i suggest you do the same, this time is the overflow on me and next time would probably be the electricity for you.

Jan 08, 2025 · Heidi MichaudCame to the community to check out a unit for sale but it was already sold. The community seems quite and family oriented with a playground and pool. The sales office staff was very helpful and informative. My only issue is the lot fees to live there are $890 a month which would have been more than the payment for the Mobile home. While the total cost seemed reasonable approximately $2000 monthly, $890 a month to pay to live in a Trailer park seemed Very high. I know community fees are high in south Florida But..seriously $900 a month is higher than most community fees in Boca..that's the issue I have with Whispering Pines. I don't want to say that they are taking advantage of people who can't purchase a Real house But just saying $900 a month...
Feb 09, 2022 · BILL HALLAHANThe office make you feel confident and help you in everything to you sign the contract, after that you will have problems with neighbors that don’t respect the community rules and party until 3am and you can’t sleep because the loud music and conversation and no action is take again to this !!!! Is terrible the missing respect for those that follow the rules and pay every on time !! The manufacturer houses are nice but terrible administration, if have better place to rent or buy think twice before come here! Once you buy manufactured house her is difficult sale to moving out!!! I regrade do not look better the place before sign the papers . If look to come here, come at diferentes time of the day and after 10 pm to see better your potential neighborhood. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY!!!! I did complained per more of 3 years about the neighbors and I still not able to sleep on the weekends!!!!
