One of the most remarkable aspects of Comanche City Park RV Parking is that it is provided by the town itself, highlighting a commitment to accommodating visitors and travelers. This municipal campground offers a range of site configurations to suit different RV needs. According to a recent visitor, there are approximately eight sites available, with the potential to accommodate numerous rigs depending on parking arrangements. This suggests a flexible and community-oriented approach to managing the space.
For those requiring specific electrical and utility hookups, Comanche City Park RV Parking offers varied options across its sites. Notably, site number 2 is highlighted as the best option for those needing a 50-amp electrical connection along with sewer access. This is a significant advantage for larger RVs or those planning a longer stay and requiring full hookups. The reviewer also mentions that each site is equipped with four water spigots, ensuring convenient access to water for all campers, regardless of their specific site.
Electrical hookups are well-distributed throughout the campground. Each site features three to four 30-amp outlets, catering to the needs of most RVs. Additionally, sites 1 through 4 are equipped with sewer connections, providing added convenience for waste disposal. For RVers who primarily need a 30-amp power supply, site number 1 is recommended as the best choice. This detailed information about site-specific amenities allows visitors to choose a spot that perfectly aligns with their RV's requirements.
For those who do not require sewer hookups, Comanche City Park RV Parking also offers appealing alternatives. Site number 6 is noted as a nice option without sewer, while site number 8 is a convenient pull-through site. Pull-through sites are particularly advantageous for larger RVs, as they eliminate the need for backing up, simplifying both arrival and departure.
Navigating to and from Comanche City Park RV Parking might present a slight challenge for very large RVs. One visitor described "getting here is a bit of an adventure, and leaving is as well," noting that the streets in the vicinity "aren't ideal for big rigs." However, the reviewer, operating a 40-foot coach with a towed vehicle, successfully managed the route, indicating that while caution is advised, it is still accessible for larger setups. It's recommended that those with particularly large rigs exercise extra care when maneuvering through the local streets.
Adding a unique touch to the camping experience at Comanche City Park RV Parking is the presence of a resident deer herd. This offers a delightful opportunity for nature lovers to observe local wildlife in their natural habitat. The reviewer's simple instruction to "Say hi to the resident deer herd" suggests that these gentle creatures are a common and welcome sight within the park surroundings, enhancing the overall charm and appeal of this location.

With specific site information available regarding electrical hookups (30 amp and 50 amp), sewer connections, and site configurations (including pull-through options), visitors can make informed choices based on their RV's needs. Comanche City Park RV Parking Reviews
Incredible that the town provides this campground. If you need 50a, and want sewer, site 2 is best. There are about 8 sites with room for many rigs depending on how people park. Each site has 4 water spigots, 3-4 30a/0-1 50a, and sites 1-4 have sewer. If you only need 30a, site 1 looks best. If you dont need sewer, site 6 is nice, and site 8 is pull through. Getting here is a bit of an adventure, and leaving is as well. Streets aren't ideal for big rigs, though i made it work with 40' coach/toad. Say hi to the resident deer herd.
