Country View RV Park Introduce
For RV travelers seeking "RV parks near me" in the Brownsville, Tennessee area, Country View RV Park, located at 481 Coburn Rd, Brownsville, TN 38012, presents itself as an option. This introduction aims to provide local users with a detailed overview of the park based on recent customer feedback available online, covering aspects such as the environment, services, features, and any mentioned promotional information, while maintaining an objective perspective.
One recent reviewer described Country View RV Park as "very quiet" and highlighted the presence of "wide open space" that was particularly beneficial for their pet. This suggests that the park offers a tranquil setting with ample room for pets to roam, which can be a significant draw for RVers traveling with animals. The same reviewer also mentioned an "very enjoyable experience" and indicated their intention to stay for a few months, suggesting satisfaction with the park for an extended stay. They further praised the "great setting" and the friendliness of the neighbors, contributing to a positive community atmosphere. Additionally, this reviewer commended the park's upkeep, noting that they do an "excellent job" with the area's maintenance and that it is "always a beautiful walk around," indicating a well-cared-for and pleasant environment for guests to enjoy.
In contrast, another recent review presented a less favorable perspective. This reviewer felt that the park was "not worth the 40 some USD" they were charged. They pointed out issues such as "over grown grass at pedestal and sewer access port," suggesting a lack of attention to detail in site maintenance. A significant drawback mentioned was the absence of a bathhouse, which can be an important amenity for RVers, especially those who prefer not to rely solely on their RV's facilities. This reviewer speculated that perhaps the ownership could use their payment as a "donation" to hire someone for landscaping, implying dissatisfaction with the current state of the grounds. Ultimately, this reviewer stated that they "did not stay," indicating that the perceived shortcomings outweighed the positives based on their initial assessment.
Considering these two recent reviews, Country View RV Park appears to offer a mixed experience. On the one hand, it is praised for its quiet environment, spaciousness (particularly for pets), friendly neighbors, pleasant setting, and good overall upkeep of the general area. These aspects could appeal to RVers seeking a peaceful and potentially longer-term stay in a community-oriented setting with room for their animals.
On the other hand, a potential drawback is the lack of a bathhouse, which might be a significant inconvenience for some travelers. Additionally, there seems to be inconsistency in the maintenance of individual sites, with at least one reviewer noting overgrown grass at essential utility access points. The perceived value for money also differed significantly between the two reviewers, with one finding it enjoyable for a multi-month stay and the other feeling it was not worth the cost even for a short overnight stop.
Based on the available information, key features and potential benefits of Country View RV Park may include:
- Quiet Environment: Praised by one reviewer as "very quiet," which can be a major attraction for those seeking peace and relaxation.
- Spacious Sites: The "wide open space" is beneficial for pets and may also indicate larger than average RV sites, offering more room for maneuvering and setup.
- Pet-Friendly: The ample space is particularly appreciated by those traveling with pets.
- Friendly Neighbors: A sense of community and friendly interactions with fellow guests is mentioned.
- Great Setting: The overall environment and location are described positively.
- Good General Upkeep: The park is reported to do an "excellent job with the upkeep of the area," suggesting a generally well-maintained property.
- Pleasant Walking Environment: The park is described as being "always a beautiful walk around," indicating an enjoyable outdoor space.
However, potential drawbacks and areas for consideration include:
- Lack of Bathhouse: A significant missing amenity that may deter some RVers.
- Inconsistent Site Maintenance: Overgrown grass at utility pedestals and sewer access ports suggests that individual site maintenance may not be consistently thorough.
- Perceived Value for Money: One reviewer felt the cost was not justified by the amenities and site conditions they observed.
Given the contrasting experiences, it is crucial for local users searching for "RV parks near me" to consider their individual needs and priorities when evaluating Country View RV Park. If a quiet, spacious environment with a pet-friendly atmosphere is paramount, and the absence of a bathhouse is not a concern, then this park might be a suitable option, especially for a longer stay where the overall setting and community feel can be appreciated.
However, if essential amenities like a bathhouse are required, or if well-manicured individual sites are a high priority, then potential guests might want to inquire further about the current state of the facilities and grounds before making a reservation. The discrepancy in perceived value also suggests that the pricing might be a point of consideration relative to the amenities and services offered.
To obtain more detailed and up-to-date information, local users should contact Country View RV Park directly at (731) 432-7446 or +1 731-432-7446. Inquiries should include:
- Current Rates: Verify the current pricing for daily, weekly, and monthly stays.
- Site Conditions: Ask about the current condition of the RV sites, including grass maintenance and the accessibility of utility hookups.
- Amenities Available: Confirm the presence or absence of a bathhouse, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, and any other amenities that are important to you.
- Pet Policies: While one review mentioned ample space for pets, it's always wise to inquire about any specific pet rules or restrictions.
- Long-Term Stay Options: If considering a longer stay as mentioned in one review, inquire about any specific rates or arrangements for extended stays.
Currently, there is no mention of any specific promotional offers or discounts for Country View RV Park in the provided reviews. Potential guests should directly inquire with the management about any ongoing promotions or special rates, especially for longer stays.
In conclusion, Country View RV Park in Brownsville, Tennessee, offers a quiet and spacious environment that is appreciated by some guests, particularly those with pets and those seeking a longer, community-oriented stay. The upkeep of the general area is also noted positively. However, the lack of a bathhouse and concerns about overgrown grass at individual sites, along with differing opinions on value for money, are important factors for potential guests to consider. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" should weigh these points against their own priorities and contact the park directly for the most current information before making a decision.

Country View RV Park Reviews
Very quiet, wide open space for our furbaby. This has very enjoyable experience for us, we are definitely staying for a few months. Great setting and friendly neighbors. 👌🏼 they do an excellent job with the upkeep of the area too. Always a beautiful walk around ❤️
Feb 03, 2024 · Crystal LynnVNot worth the 40 some USD. Over grown grass at pedestal and sewer access port, no bathhouse. Maybe the ownership can use our “donation” to hire someone to do some landscaping. Did not stay
Sep 18, 2024 · Don RichieIf you are just looking for a place to connect to power and water/sewer then you’ll be fine here. Just make sure you filter the water for sediment. But for $40 we expected a level site and a restroom shower facility which they don’t have. They also have no pull through sites so you will have to disconnect your toad and back into your site. This should be a $20 night park not $40.This place caters to monthly renters who leave for work at the crack of dawn so be ready for that as well.
Nov 05, 2024 · Michael O'RourkeNice park to stay at. It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely visit again
Mar 26, 2025 · Annette CarlileWould not give a refund for extra days that I did not stay when I paid for a month, only stayed two weeks out of the month. I stayed months with them and a lot of the other people that I knew that left got a refund. Also if you stay there make sure you put a water filter on not sure if it’s rust or mud in the water.
