To confirm whether RV sites are available, direct contact with the park management is recommended.
Based on the limited customer feedback available online, it is important to present an objective introduction to Countyline Mobile Home Park that accurately reflects the sentiments expressed. The two reviews provided offer a somewhat concerning perspective on the current state of the community.
One reviewer, who stated they used to live in Countyline Mobile Home Park and now have family residing there, noted a decline in the park's condition over time. They initially described it as a "nice place to live" but indicated that it has become "less and less attractive" since they moved away. Their more recent visits reveal a further deterioration, with the reviewer stating that the park "looks down right trashy." They also expressed concern about some residents who "just seem not to care how or where they live." This suggests potential issues with the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the community, as perceived by this reviewer.
The second review focuses specifically on the infrastructure within the park, describing the "driving area" as the "worst I've ever seen," citing the presence of numerous "pot holes and broken cement." This indicates potential neglect in maintaining the roads and walkways within Countyline Mobile Home Park, which could impact the quality of life for both mobile home residents and RV guests (if applicable).
Given these two reviews, there is no positive feedback regarding the environment, services, or features of Countyline Mobile Home Park. The information suggests potential challenges related to:
- Park Upkeep: Allegations of a decline in attractiveness and the park appearing "trashy."
- Infrastructure: Specific mention of poor driving conditions due to potholes and broken cement.
- Resident Conduct (as perceived by one reviewer): Concerns about some residents' lack of care for their living environment.
There is no information available in these reviews regarding specific services or features offered by Countyline Mobile Home Park. Details such as the availability of amenities (e.g., laundry facilities, communal areas, recreational spaces), the types of utility hookups for mobile homes or RVs, or the presence of on-site management are not mentioned. Similarly, there is no information about any promotional offers that might be available.
If you are considering Countyline Mobile Home Park as a potential residence or an RV stop in the Fairmount area, it is crucial to take the negative feedback into account and conduct thorough due diligence. We strongly recommend the following steps:
- Contact the management directly at (765) 536-9647 or +1 765-536-9647. Inquire about the current condition of the park, the upkeep procedures, and any plans for infrastructure improvements. Ask specifically about the issues raised in the reviews, such as the road conditions and the overall cleanliness of the community.
- Visit the park in person. This is essential to assess the current environment and infrastructure for yourself. Pay close attention to the condition of the roads, walkways, common areas, and any available amenities.
- If possible, speak with current residents. Their direct experiences can provide valuable insights into the day-to-day living conditions and the responsiveness of management.
- Inquire about the availability of RV sites and their amenities if you are interested in staying there in an RV. Understand the hookups provided, the condition of the sites, and any rules or regulations specific to RV guests.
Given the concerns raised in the limited available reviews, it is impossible to offer a positive or detailed introduction to Countyline Mobile Home Park's environment, services, or features. The existing feedback suggests potential issues that prospective residents or RVers should be aware of and investigate thoroughly before making any decisions. The lack of information regarding services and amenities further underscores the need for direct inquiry with the park management.
For those searching for "RV parks near me" in Fairmount, Indiana, it would be prudent to consider other options in the area and compare their offerings and reviews. Countyline Mobile Home Park may offer basic RV accommodations, but the reported conditions warrant careful consideration.
In conclusion, the available customer reviews for Countyline Mobile Home Park in Fairmount, Indiana, raise concerns about the park's upkeep and infrastructure. Potential residents or RV guests are strongly advised to contact the management directly, visit the park in person, and speak with current residents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current conditions before making any decisions.

Countyline Mobile Home Park Reviews
Used to live there, and it was a nice place to live. But as time passed it became less and less attractive! Moved away and now family lives there. We visit on a regular basis and the park has went even more down hill...I'm sorry to say but it looks down right trashy! And the undesirables that live there just seem not to care how or where they live!
May 20, 2024 · Mary MarshallWorst driving area I've ever seen. Full of pot holes and broken cement
Nov 06, 2024 · valerie stambaughThe potholes are horrendous. I have lived here for about a year, and they have never been fixed. I have had to get new tires and get my car aligned several times. My husband's grandmother lived here for 25 years and she says that the roads were good several years ago, then they put gravel down over the blacktop and that ruined everything. The worst part is that I am not able to get on the phone with anyone that "works" for the park. I reported a maintenance ticket about 2 months ago and I never heard back. I am not sure what to do at this point.
Jul 12, 2019 · Kristen WilliamsThere are pot holes everywhere. The biggest I have ever tried to drive through. I have been driving in this mobile home park for one year and four months. No effert to repair pot holes yet.
Jun 22, 2019 · Ann BlackmondIt's very junky looking. A friend is in there, and it's not good. She has sunk a ton of money into a mobile home that should never have been sold. Now that she's getting it looking good, the manager is trying to make her life hell. I believe that it is an attempt to get it back and sell it for more money. It's a shady deal.
